 Publishing company Hobby Japan revealed on Thursday that the previously announced new anime in the Queen's Blade: Unlimited mixed-media project will be distributed as an OVA, which will be released this year. A new key visual (pictured), cast and staff members were also revealed, most of whom are reprising their roles from the previous anime adaptations.Returning to the franchise's premise since the first anime's broadcast nine years ago, the reboot OVA is planned to be delivered with a new and fresh outlook. | Weird, the official site is still missing 4 re-designs (Alleyne, Ymir, Cattleya and Nyx). I thought they would not give us the new anime until all were announced, but then again, they didn't mention when the OVA is coming out, so there is still time. |

Here are the remaining 9: Oh, and P.S: the writer of the Queen's Blade novels mentioned up there is writing a story in the official site. Seeing how those characters are the same that appear in the first episode of the story, it seems that for once the anime of Queen's Blade will be an adaptation of a previous existing story. |
