I guess Madhouse have realised that they are completely out of touch with Otaku in Japan, so are now relying heavily on Western franchises and like Marvel superheroes and this, along with things that appeal to western audiences in general such as zombies (Highschool of the Dead, anyone?) in order to get sales and profits from international sales and licences to prevent them from going bust. |
