Well, I'm not quite sure of this, but I think that the two brothers were "being jealous(?)" of their lil sister; They were sure the inheritance would go all to her... and since the medium came to reveal the will's location... well they decided to kill her; that way they would reserve their parts of the inheritance. As for "What the medium has to do with the mom"... well, she is their mother. ( was ) |
| It was pretty obvious that the medium was the mother in disguise but the trick was quite creative. I have to admit, I teared up at the end when the eldest brother cried because he killed his own mother. |

| I for one didn't expect the medium to be the mother as someone in this thread stated it was obvious, what were the signs? Unless it's just my lack of knowledge from the mystery genre. This anime isn't afraid to go tragic with its stories, but the attempt at double suicide was a bit too much for me. Anyways, cool trick although I had actually wished this revolved around proving a fraudulently seance, finding the trick of the hand writing and calling out the family members who were in on it. I would like more variety that way. Speaking of the hand writing, I guess that was a clue the medium was the mother huh, and the lack of there being any information on her on the internet, and the secretary saying the reason why and getting teary eyed. Okay, I just realized it did make it pretty obvious, I somehow didn't pick up on any of the clues until writing this. Still, fun little mystery solved. |

| Very cruel arc tbh, regardless a interesting case. But the Brothers motivation to kill the victim was weak and not convincing enough. That don't even know what's written in the will (the possibility of will entirely favoring them is also there). There is no actual benifit of killing the medium. Something like trying to buy the medium or the assistant is the more sensible course of action. |

| I mean it was revealed who the culprit is in the episode preview of the previous episode but I could never expect this type of twist. Easily the best case so far. |
