The Loyalty Cards is a system that encourages people to do things continuously for rewards. It's seen throughout RL in places like restaurant, department stores, etc. Here on MAL, it's used for various graphic works. The common one is cards, as most of the graphics done in various card clubs are as you know, cards. For this club, we're doing exactly just that. Our Loyalty Cards will focus on card editions and in turn, encourages people to keep coming to our club.
More information below:
Features
Our Loyalty Cards system will be a 2-color card system: Red and White. As some of you know, we like to focus on Touhou here in this club. The main character of Touhou, Reimu Hakurei, is usually seen as a Red and White color scheme. The Yin-Yang orb that is of significance to the Touhou universe is also Red and White.
There are no tiered cards; all members that applies for one will receive both Red and White cards. However, Official Member Badge is required to request.
How does it work?
The Red Card has 5 stamps on it. Whenever you get 5 stamps on a Red Card, you get your Red Card reward, a new Red Card, and 1 stamp on the White Card. The Red Card is your basic card, stamped each time you request in any card editions,
However, the exception is Custom Cards and the Past Editions thread.
The White Card also has 5 stamps on it. The White Card rewards is bigger than the Red Card reward and you will get a new White Card when you fill it up.
So it's the more "advanced" card. It can only be stamped whenever you fill up a Red Card.
----------------------------------------------
Whenever you request in a card edition, make sure you show it or say that you have it in your sig or etc. Do not do anything else after you use your Loyalty Card; it will automatically be updated by me.
However, when you want to redeem your rewards, you must do it yourself through this thread.
You must do this each time you fill up your Red and White Cards. Repetitive, yes. But easier to organize
The issuing of the rewards and a new Red/White card will also be done by me.
Remember, give me time to work on your cards. I have a life outside of MAL.
So, there are only 3 things you need to do for the Loyalty Cards:
1) Show it whenever you want to use it.
2) Redeem your rewards by posting on the rewards thread.
3) Keeping track of your rewards once you received them.
The stamping, issuing out new cards, and giving you your rewards will all be taken care of by me.
Acquiring your Loyalty Cards
As stated above, you are require to have the current Official Member Badges to receive the Loyalty Cards.
Dropbox will be used for the Loyalty Cards so I'll give more instructions during the delivery.
How the Loyalty Cards look like:
note: the cards may be modified in the future. All changes will be updated by me.
As you can see, the "stamps" will fill in the white circles. The Red Card is the left, the White card is the right.
Loyalty Card Stamps Customization
For the Loyalty Cards Stamps, you're more than welcome to customize the stamps with any Touhou characters you want.
If you choose not to, the default stamps will be Reimu Hakurei for both Red and White cards. Both cards does not need to have the same character stamps. Your stamps for the Red card can be different from the White card.
So which character can you pick? Any characters from the Touhou Character Guide
PC-98 characters are also available to choose from. They aren't featured in the guide due to lack of info for the majority of the PC-98 cast.
For those want different character on both cards, use this as an example:
Red Card: Yumemi
White Card: Hecatia Lapislazuli
However, if you want just one character, all you need is: "Character Customization: Kanako Yasaka"
If you need more examples, you're more than welcome to ask me.
Read the rules carefully, especially on the character customization section
