I had one torrent trickling away for three months, but I got it in chunks as it was very large and I have a set quota per month, so I just got one third each month.

In regard to the original post, I'm not exactly sure, but at least a couple weeks.

I'm convinced that torrents are one big joke that's being played on me. I've tried to use torrents a few times and never gotten more than 56k speeds on anything.

At max 3-4 days, gotta love broadband (basically for all of Turn-A Gundam, Gundam Double Zeta, and Victory Gundam (not all in the same file, three torrents running simultaneously). Roughly 25-30 gigs in total. Would of taken less if I wasn't running them all at the same time).

Destroy. Destroy. Destroy. Slowly, completely, gently beyond comparison, cruelly to the point of numbness, I'll violate your life. That's right. The instant I rip off your limbs, tear open your rib and pull out your intestines, biting into your neck as you scream in agony, chewing through your eyes as I ignore your pleas for mercy and spreading your brains on the ground like butter!

I've waited about three months for some Nadesico raws to finish downloading. I also had this Megazone 23/Orguss torrent that took about the same amount of time. Turns out, there were about 2-3 gigabytes of documentaries about Bill Gates trying to destroy the world packed in there as well. I probably would've gotten that torrent earlier if it weren't for those.

Took 72 hours of having the torrent up for episodes 1-55 of Legend of the Galactic Heroes to download, so going to take probably another 3 days to download 56-110, which will be my longest, otherwise I have not had anything that has taken more than 36 hours. Although until now I have not used a 10GB plus torrent as normally I use either direct downloads or IRC for long series.

It took 3 months to download FMA. And then my hard drive died....Hooray for 3 kb/s, which, I swear, is what it was 3/4 of the time. And my computer was on for pretty much the whole time.

It typically takes me a few hours to download an episode of anything.

Sooo jealous.

You'd think I, who's parents work in telecommunications, would have some sort of decent speed. But no, my neighbors with DIAL-UP download quicker than I do.

My dad is an über computer geek so we have the fastest program thing possible for our area I'm pretty sure. Our router dies a hell of a lot, but my internet + download speed is insanely fast while it's alive. Rofl.

Can't really remember, I will go with my latest big torrent ~13 gb about 7-8 nights. During days my speed is drastically lower than during night so usually I just turn it off because low dl speed numbers make me sad >.>

Things with one seed from time to time don't count.
