And I understand that their lives weren't exactly the same. Still, all I'm saying is that saying "He was raised horribly, so it's okay that he's a horrible person," is not a good enough excuse, imo. |

| Well, saying that he was raised horribly so it's okay that he's a horrible person certainly isn't a 'good' reason to excuse him of his horrible actions..but saying that he was raised horribly and that's the reason why he's a horrible person indicates the reason, not necessarily an excuse. Like..I think of it as: "He was raised horribly, and so it's no reason that he became such a horrible person. It's no surprise he became like that." I mean, people aren't born happy and people aren't born miserable. It's what becomes of them that makes them who they are. |

| At the very beginning of the episode we're hit with a revelation. Ciel's lost his memories! Well, it was fairly obvious, but it's nice for them to come out and tell us anyway. Ciel's pirate costume went well with is eye patch. Trancy's costume oddly fit him as well... I wanted to see Sebastian in costume! I wonder what he'd pick? Maybe a play on the akuma? I want another episode!!! Next time looks like we get a akuma butler battle! :) |

| So, I learned some interesting information from someone else on a different site. He was talking about Alois and his Latin speaking. He did some research and found out where "Houhe o Taraluna" and "Ron de Rotarel" came from. I thought I'd share with you his findings. http://lieselope.blogspot.com/2010/07/black-tabloid-how-to-summon-fairy.html According to what he found, those words are used in a chant to summon fairies. "Kidnapped by fairies" anyone? Haha, now imagine Claude is a fairy demon. XP |

| @ Gamer2009 If it were Ciel's bad attitude compared to Alois's gouging at Hannah's eyes, he does it for a different reason. Alois doesn't gouge out her eye because of the way he was raised, that's kinda weird. Ciel almost hit her out of anger. Alois gouged Hannah's eye to get some sort of reaction from Claude, but in the end of the first episode, Claude says, "I'm your loyal slave. You don't have to attract my attention." And Alois responds," That's enough.. Everyone should.. just be engulfed by darkness." What kind of response is that? Perhaps everyone doesn't live up to his expectations? But one things for sure, the only person he truly looks up to and wants by his side forever, is Claude. |

| Meh. I don't think Alois got such a twisted personality JUST because he was kidnapped and all. I'm SO sure he's messed up because he was abused; And perhabs that's why Alois dislike all pretty much all human beings and only trust Claude. :/ But again, it's just my theory. And it's a reason for why I can't hate the kid. He's a victim, not a villian. So I can tolerate that personality of his. |

| Well, that ended up being pretty predictable. Guess that's what happens when you take the easy way out of explaining things, I was really hoping for a bit more than just memory loss. And I really hope the end up still having a good explanation for wtf actually happened at the end of season one if Ciel's soul wasn't consumed or whatever. Because that's really what was implied. :\ I'm definitely still sticking around, though, because the interaction between the butler-master pairs are just superb. I can't help loling at every one of Sebastian and Claude's hissy-fights, and Alois is such a little bitch he can't help but make things ten times more interesting. <3 4/5 for finally having some plot, but in the end kind of falling flat... I don't believe there is a clear cut answer as to why Ciel is back/still here yet. We have our theories for now. xD One thing I can tell you is that Ciel has lost his memory of the events in season one. It was implied at first, but now it is confirmed. In the third episode Ciel didn't remember Grell or the fact Madam Red was dead. In the fourth episode we learn he doesn't remember his interactions with Aberlin. At the the beginning of the fifth episode we saw a flashback. Elizabeth was crying was a flashback of when Sebastian told them Ciel's memories were lost and to pretend like everything is normal. This flashback took place before season two's events. Hope that helped you. |
| Didn't care much for the fanservice. I mean, we all expect it from Ran Mao at this point, but the rest was just...no. I mean, Alois forcing Hannah to strip didn't surprise me given the way he treats her, but the random shot of her ass showing through her underdress was awkward and pointless. Same goes for Elizabeth's maid hopping up and down to jingle more than her bells. ANYWAY. That's really my only major criticism of the episode. Otherwise, the series is moving along nicely and we got some confirmation that Ciel really did lose his memory (I was not expecting them to come out with it so soon, but I guess they dropped enough hints that we started figuring it out, anyway). It'll be interesting to see why and how that all happened. |

| I don't really like Ciel's servants and the foreigners, but Alois and Claude made this episode good. It ended with a nice cliffhanger which made me look forward to the next episode. I love Alois and the way he treats his maid and is into cross dressing, among other things. He's an interesting character. And Hannah is delicious by the way... More fanservice, please. |

Well, I had a theory about Ciel losing his memories because it's a "new soul", but the reason as to why Sebastian did that is beyond me right now. After this episode, I guess it cleared some things? IDK, I get more confused by each episode. @___@ Ugh Alois is cute, but still as demented as always. Poor Hannah, wonder how she deserved such an abuse. :O More Sebastian please. :)) |

| Am I the only one thinking that Alois is a one motherfucking homosexual? For real, why would he want Ciel? The only reason I can think of is that maybe he wants Ciel's secrets,power maybe? But it seems to be that he just wants to have babies with Ciel even though that's not likely going to happen unless they do some demon magic or some shit. I mean you can hold his hand but come on lick his ear? Fuck man some Yaoi shit going on here. I said it before and I will say it again. Alois can't beat Ciel enough said. He can try to eliminate Ciel's friends but little does he know that Ciel's "friends" are also unhuman, just like his servants, lol. Oh and I almost forgot, I loved how this episode showed cleavage. Alois's eye-patched martyr girl maid undressing was hot. Aslong as Lao's servant dressing like that, oh and that sniper girl plus Elizabeth. <3 |
