| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This show is awesome. I love the characters. I love the art style and the whole atmosphere that I'm drawn into while watching it. It's dark, funny, touching, and mysterious. Really, it has it all. That was a hardcore beatdown Shinkurou gave those guys, but that shot to the head he took was pretty nasty too. I'm interested to find out what makes him so strong and also what seems to be wrong with him. Anyway, this is my favorite show of the season so far, hands down. |

| Yeah, same here, definitely my favorite series from the new season. Kuhouin was so cute in this ep. I wonder what could be wrong with his arm to make it do that. I love the interactions between the characters and the story has a lot of potential. |

| Well she's not your typical moe-loli character, but Murasaki is really cute! <3 The story is pretty intriguing. Especially the source of Shinkurou's power... that weird thing sticking out on his arm? interesting. Also, though it seems like it doesn't really fit to the overall atmosphere of the show, I'm quite liking the OP/ED songs. :) Nice Episode overall. |
| Talking about moe loli, Murasaki's size proportion to Shinkurou is just... look at when she's changing clothes in the morning. By the way, anyone getting the impression "Production I.G" when watching this ? |

| This show just keeps being awesome. It's still- by far- my favorite of the new shows. Most of the characters have a lot of personality and remain interesting, and it's impossible for me not to be entertained watching Murasaki. I look forward to the next episode. |

The bath scene was on the border of creepy (jeez, Shin, at least put some shorts on), but mostly the interaction between the two of them is very sweet. |

| Awesome show with great animation/art, a nice story and interesting characters relations too. This second episode was as great as the first if not better. Just awesome. Hmmm I can't choose between Kure-nai and Allison and Lillia, but those two are clearly the best shows of this spring that have yet been subbed in English. And Soul Eater is great too. Hmm I think this season will be a good one, as expected, and we still have to see Real Drive, Chiko and Kaiba's first episodes too ! |

| This is good: The rumors about this show starting just to focus on Murasaki's cuteness were false. This show made really a good start with those two episodes up until now. It shows us a promising story with some nice dark aspects to it and as well as a quite mysterious setting. I would expect it to be one of the greater shows of this session. And damn fuck people categorizing Murasaki and seeing her only as a "oh she is so damn cute" loli and going wild on here. She is just a normal kid.. |

| Great episode, was really questioning whether or not to continue watching after the first episode. Adapting the girl to the real world, some romance, past and present mysteries and a good old fashion ass kicking to top it off. No idea what direction this show is headed but I'm definitely going to go along for the ride. |

| Benika and Yayoi <3 I love the details. Murasaki is so cute, she's just like a 7 year old. Shinkurou is awesome too. I like how the previews are done, the guy who does the preview and the music during the preview sound great. Looking forward to the next episode. |
| i kinda take back what i said in the first episode discussion... this anime's plot has really turned around, and now I actually know what going on... and the animation quality is a huge plus... my rating went from a 3-8 in one ep...lol |

| Still watching this episode as I write here, but I have to share my thoughts about this shows animation, voice acting/characters and bgm: Amazing omg! Barely a scene that I didn't like. Especially the voice acting in the bathhouse: "Itai, itai! Ahh, Tsumetai! Me itaiii! Atsui, Atsui! Itai, Itai! Now this kinda quality has to be kept up.. and the story has to become something great .. and we'll have a winner of the season. |

| As expected of Brain Base! This is my favorite anime of the season so far, as well. Characters seem very real and well thought out, the artwork and animation are gorgeous, and the plot is very intriguing thus far. Can't wait till next week. |

| I liked this episode a lot more than the first one. =) Even though some of the proportioning was obviously off, I thought the animation in general was really appealing. I also appreciated that Murasaki came off less bratty and more "raised that way" this time. The whole conversation between them after the bath was terrific, although I'm going to need some convincing that a 7 yr old, even a very bright one, could be that quick and well-spoken. All in all, I'm really looking forward to the next episode. =) |

Although I don't know is that the reason that Murasaki father's 'wife' treat her 'mother' so badly.? im taking a stab in the dark but i am guessing that he was supposed to marry the wife but had an illigitimate child (murusaki) with murusaki's mother. and it doesn't seem like the father and wife had any children so she hates murusaki. this is an awesome start off. first episode was good and this was even better. for some reason shinkurou reminds me of Hei from Darker than black. yeah i wonder what's up with his arm too, he talks to it like its another person or being. and one thing is for sure, he doesn't feel pain. |
| Wow, I am totally blown away by this show. Everything about it has been amazing. I love it when a show with no hype comes out of nowhere and blows away the overhyped mainstream stuff. I can't wait for episode 3 although I feel that eventually this show is going to get really dark and something horrible is going to happen to the loli. That is going to make me cry. |

| Another great episode, after the first 2 episodes as well as the 5 completely different manga chapters I've read (manga is out of order) I can safely say this series will rock and probably be a top 10 series of the year. And next episode is the first meeting between Murasaki and Yuuno XD |
| i love the part when shinkurou taught murasaki to thank the old lady for her milk cos it was out of kindness that she was given it. murasaki was so sweet! when she realised how she should show her appreciation when she was treated well. XD |
