I've never been to Boston, what about it don't you like? Is it an ok place to visit just not to live? The best thing about that phase is it never lasts forever. I have every confidence you will get a great job soon, and escape the clutches of Boston! (I'm cackling inside my head. Maybe I should go to bed...)
I've certainly discovered my pioneering spirit! Eager to visit more places before the marriage/kids/unemployment/death things happen. I imagine that will be my most tumultuous time in my life, unless something really unexpected happens. Lots of good memories and mates to look back on. The job is pretty good, the bestpart about it is the work colleagues, a nice easy going bunch, even if they are all a generation older than me. Still we're getting a new start this week so that'll be someone my age!
I was catching up on the Season Group posts and I loved your e-penis analogy. That's exactly what it is. I still keep an eye on the group, but I don't post so much anymore, miss the days of you, Atl, So_ and Marina. Now it's just half a dozen people bickering while Kond tries to keep them in line.

Hopefully it was 'too much good stuff' and 'too little of less good stuff', if you know what I mean.
I've also been having a very uncertain/tumultuous time. Finished university, left the city that's been home for 5+ years, was a postman for 6 months, moved to China for a summer and finally got a stable job in a new city far from anyone I know (but close enough for occasional weekend visits). In between times there was a lot of living at home doing job searches/endless days of not much. But looking back there's very little I would change overall.

Nope, I was accepted in the entrance exams :D Now I deal with uni subjects, which - fortunately or unfortunately, I can't really tell - aren't as easy to go through as I was used to. Hence the three subjects failed with final exams. I managed to pass the three of them in this second chance I got (I recently found out I passed in the last one). So now I'm a full second year student, ahahaha. I'll be more careful next year >>

I can't remember why, but for some reason you were mentioned, then I went to check your profile and saw you hadn't logged in for months. I showed the numbers to everyone, everyone got depressed and sad and suicidal. A.K.A We missed you!!!
It took me some time to get used to the chat too, and I've spent some months without logging in there. I usually check MAL everyday, but I'm not as active as I used to be. I've been quite busy this year.

I have some older series to watch (Touch and LOGH side series). And recently I've found a wonderful scanlation group - Kotonoha - which has a bunch of series no one knows/bothers to translate and that are great reads (seinen and josei, mostly). I'm pretty sure you would love the titles they have there. Take a look when you have the chance :D
Also, most of the time I find around 3/4 shows that are worth watching/caught my interest in the new seasons... which is a shame. I don't go around checking everything because I don't have the time... and because most of them look like stuff that has been made over 9000 times before D:

I just finally got free of my academic duties... after some extreme emotions in almost failing one of the worst subjects of my year (along with other two subjects). Final exams made more nervous than the entrance exams for uni! And that is something! (I failed in three subjects and had to take three final exams in one week) Fortunately, I passed in two subjects already, so I'm certainly going to the second year \o/ Now I can enjoy summer break, at last, haha.

I must say that we got quite suicidal in the irc chat when we saw you hadn't logged for months. :> But Naru saved us all showing that you were online "one hour ago", ahahahaha. So I can say we're all glad to see you around again!

I still need to watch Higurashi. So far I'm trying to catch up the most recent series I've started (like Panty & Stocking, Kuragehime and Arakawa Under the Bridge), and some other ones. And manga. Lots of them. It feels weird to be able to dedicate good part of my time to this again.
