| Yeah, Hiro wasn't "kidnapped" like the way Erika said. Definitely an important character study episode for Hiro. According to her, she put herself ahead so others wouldn't come near her. This episode also shows her connection with Nagi. The marriage proposal by Ai though. I don't think anyone, especially Nagi is even remotely ready for that yet. |

| It has been a long time since I last saw Ai-chan. I heard that Ai-chan's parents are separated—her father in Singapore and her mother in Paris. Is Ai-chan's goal in going to Nagi's restaurant to win Nagi over? Not a bad Ai-chan eheheh. Meguro Myojin—could that be the name of a shrine? Remembering the day when Nagi met Hiro brings back memories. The scene with Hiro and Erika hugging is quite nice; the night light melts away their problems. I like Erika's character development, as she becomes more confident. Ehhh?? Is there really a confession scene from Ai to Nagi?? Ai-chan's purpose in coming is because she wants an answer to that love confession. the fact is that Ai means love, lol. |

| idk why this show is so unbelievably entertaining, like its so strange that this anime is just weirdly good, the characters click so well. The stuff with Hiro and Nagi was nice to see more of, I highly doubt we will ever actually see who her fiancé is. I can still cope Hiro or Sachi will marry Nagi and not Erika. I get the feeling Ai will be the problem child of the season since she has pretty noticeable fangs, or maybe she'll try seduce Nagi or something. Its way more noticeable with this episode but Jesus Christ the animation fell off compared to season 1, Its not unbearably bad but still the difference is showing |
| Ahh they’ve done Ai justice in the anime!! As a longtime fan, I’m so excited to see her animated and her moments with Nagi. 2nd Best girl! The drama and messiness is about to get turned up to another level. Hiro’s fiancé drama and now Nagi first love back in the picture, no such thing as a simple life for Nagi. I love all the Hiro and Nagi backstory. They’re not just a generic romance couple who fell in love at first sight. They both push each other to be better students and people. For Hiro, being top of the class means escaping her arraigned marriage, for Nagi, he wanted to get there to for his own personal satisfaction and that rivalry is what draw them together. What’s funny is if Nagi was asked to let Hiro get the top spot given her circumstances, he 1000 percent does that, but she wouldn’t accept something like that because she wants to reach the top on her own merits. That’s why I loved her for so long in this story, she’s such a badass and even Nagi can’t help but be impressed today when he sees how determined she is. I love this updated art-style so much, the girls look so good, but they went really hard with all of Hiro visuals today. She’s so pretty omg 🥰 I’m still cracking up about Ai giving her family backstory and how they broke up like a damn gaming clan 😭wym you let your minor daughter go off on her own like that man what. The parenting in this show other than the Umino’s is so bad Fun episode, can’t wait to see how things go with Ai and Nagi  |

| Even ranking 2nd out of 242 students was damm impressive. Hiro sure looked different when she first ascended to high school. In a way both Nagi and Hiro were very similar in that they viewed academics with such passion. Ai's term about her families separation though lol. Erika's assist sure was timely here. But man Ai's response sure was a shocker. |

| @AkeZZZ I concur overall, and particularly as to the hair. However, ditching the jacket and having the tie hang over like a waterfall provides shows off on a good aspect. Must emphasis on busts in the OP. Approved. " ... a difference in direction." Interesting choice of phrase. "Don't boast1" Oh, I'm gonna. "She remembered that." And also you reminded her. Why? The yandere childhood friend girl has prominent canine teeth. Vampire? Or just a double moe fang? |

| A very interesting and amusing look at Hiro and Nagi first meeting and interactions in the first half. Sachi has a bunch of fun lines/moments, Erika saves the day and makes a bit of progress with Nagi (maybe), Hiro situation might (or might not, we'll see) improve thanks to this episode events, and the new girl (Ai) enters the fray as any true childhood friend would: declaring herself his future bride when they haven't even seen each other in years haha. Pretty nice episode overall, it felt like every girl got her moment to shine, and as always their voice actresses are doing a fantastic job :) |

| I wasn’t expecting to get essential lore for Segawa and Nagi in Season 2, this is such a huge part of their relationship, I’m kinda mad at the fact I didn’t know this for 3 years lol. Really good stuff tho, I really loved seeing the very beginning of Nagi’s rivalry and love of Segawa, the fact that Nagi was the one that turned Segawa into who she is today kinda blew my mind, he impacted her life so much, and she did the same to Nagi, this backstory paired with the scene of the two of them by the fountains really made Segawa feel like the one Nagi is meant to be with, and I’m not just saying that because she’s my best girl lol. Also, wow Segawa was a different kind of cute before her glowup, very nice look with the longer hair and glasses, but it doesn’t beat the Segawa we know and love for me. And although it’s not apparent Segawa’s engagement troubles are dealt with for good, with Erika’s help it’s looking a lot better now than it did before, I’m ngl tho I don’t see how Segawa’s mom’s logic tracks, she was strict about the engagement because she wanted her daughter to be happy? Idk I’m gonna need more info lol, but I’m mainly just glad Segawa worked things out with her mom. We also got tidbits of the new babe Ai in this one, her family situation is weird one alright but she really shook Nagi when she dropped that she wants to marry him, she’s a bit late to the game but a push like that may just catch her up with the rest of the girls, and hey she’s cute so the more the merrier I say lol. |

| She just took off her glasses and got a haircut, and all the boys went crazy. Haven’t seen that dumb trope in a while. And since they never say anything about Hiro’s fiancée, I bet there’s gonna be a twist... probably a really stupid one at that. |

| Something I really liked in the first season was everyone's eyes. I'm super disappointed with the new animation style. The eyes are still really creepy to me. I hate that they aren't as colorful and fun as previously. Now they just look dull. I hate the stupid thick lines and weird shadows around their eyes. The chibi animation was really cute before but now it looks goofy. When Hiro apologized to Erika, the animation was focused on Erika, and her mouth was moving instead of Hiro's lol Also, what happened to the security guys? They weren't in the car when it left. Did the water fountains turn on as soon as Hiro turned around lol I do think Nagi and Hiro's relationship is cute, but Erika has her moments, too. I can't remember who I liked more before, but I think I'm sort of leaning towards Hiro right now, even though I still think she's ugly as fuck my guess is that Hiro doesn't have a fiancé and it's a lie, so she doesn't fall in love with someone else lol |

| I had really hoped that the twist is that Hiro's fiancé is Nagi's older brother if he really exists, but I guess it's not. I was afraid Ai wouldn't be able to catch up with how the three girls had three seasons to be characterised really well. Yet here comes Ai. Just a few seconds and she makes a splash and now a contender for best girl. By the way, I like Hiro's back story. She was already cute when she was Megane, and she became cuter thanks to Nagi. |
