| The recent One Piece opening, the visuals are great and sure to work on emotional viewers, the song is meh and forgettable. Lots of fighting shounen openings have better visuals than songs in my opinion. |
| Likely not my only answer, but the first answer that came to mind was the second opening for "Jujutsu Kaisen." I even forgot what the song sounded like since it's unmemorable to me and after re-listening to it, I still feel the same way about it. It's the only JJK opening song that I don't like, but of course, the visuals are stunning. There would be disagreement on this though and that's fine. I could see people feeling this same way about "SPECIALZ," but I enjoy that song. All of the King Gnu song that were featured in JJK are great. |

He sounds decent, but then once the chorus hits, it becomes more apparent that he doesn't have the capabilities to hit those notes in a way that'll be more impactful. It sounds like he's either holding back for some strange reason or he's really going for it and straining a lot. That's just my impression from this song though, I haven't heard any of who-ya extended's other songs. Also, I agree that "SPECIALZ" is really good. Someone I know has said the song was underwhelming for them, which is the way I feel about "Vivid Vice" (I think it's the weakest JJK OP overall), so I was putting that possibility out there - although maybe the popular consensus is that King Gnu has the much better song and I'm not just biased. |

I also thought that Bling-Bang-Bang-Born was the far better song from Creepy Nuts in 2024. I feel like these three OPs from last year got carried hard by their amazing visuals. |

Do you prefer Yoasobi's OP1? That would've been my pick for this thread, if I thought the visuals of that one were great (which I don't, exactly).
