| Music is in virtually every aspect of my life, it’s not only one of my most important hobbies but also something that I am very passionate about and has helped me through rough patches in life. I like to sing and have been learning on my own since 2021, I can’t say that I’m any good but hey it’s a start. I was a Trumpet player for several years before quitting to burnout but it was a nice thing to learn. |

| I listen to music on most days in some form or other except for on Good Friday unless I can't avoid it, in which case I at least try to limit my exposure to it Pretty much whenever I drive, with the exception of Good Friday, but that hadn't happened at least the past few years Also, during most lunches at home and whenever I'm up for it while browsing the web But then again, I'm mostly burnt out from an over-exposure of music. Yet, I'm still listening to the same old tunes as I'm writing this |

| Music is a huge part of my day to day life. I like to be listening to music pretty much all day if I can. I'm big on a lot of different genres too so I have something for pretty much every occasion. Thinking about it, I have listened to music in the shower before but it's been a while since I broke my speaker out for it. Good idea I'm doing that in the morning. |

| As long as I'm not doing something that has its own sound and is necessary. I always listen to music when I take a shower, when I work, when I cook, when I wash the dishes, when I clean the house, when I leave my house and walk or take a bus or subway, when I'm on the PC doing something. Only no music if I'm watching something on TV. Although it may also happen that I end up watching a live recital on YouTube, so it would be listening to music again haha. |

| I use it to lock in, it helps me focus, at least my music choices. Perhaps I've developed a taste for music that helps me focus on doing some other activity, rather than just listening to it for itself. I do not really sit down and just listen to music, like suggesting a song to friend or such. All my favorite songs are complementary to some action, like drinking a cup of coffee while working in an office. |

| Only when I am reading if needed otherwise No. I had craze too in my HS days listen metal and pop all the day and hum song as if you are some idol lol. It disturbed one of my family member which is valid lmao cause we shared same room back then and they told me look at your face in mirror and then sing a song....and that kinda showed me a horrible reality...idk....but after that I stopped listening to songs obsessively. And second, I still used to listen songs when I was in relationship but after it fell apart I completely stopped listening to songs for few months cause I was unable to feel emotions. Learning music without emotions to some level, is it even possible? I do sometimes and then get burn out or it just doesn't resonates with me. Tho who can live without music honestly. I need it sometimes especially while long distance travel or when I don't want to listen people shouting. Still enthusiastic about some classical pieces and wanna learn more. |

| Although I listen to less music nowadays compared to previous years, it remains an everyday necessity and activity in my life. After many negative experiences and feelings, it has helped me rise from the depths, keeping my mind balanced and often sobering me up. It enhances the positive moments, which is why it has given me countless unforgettable and joyful memories. Without music, I'd likely be unable to exist in the long term, as it is just as essential to me as food or water. Last but not least, I'm able to enjoy it in a wide variety of ways. |
