Based on your anime history, your valid option among the 10s "Ashita no Joe 2" (Aug 27, 7:15 AM) was started the day after you started that series from the 9s "Kemonozume" (Aug 26, 7:17 AM).
You had finished the prequel ("Ashita no Joe" ; Aug 25, 2:19 PM) before you started both of them, so in wasn't a case in which you could use the sequel exception to skip your valid option from the 10s.

Putting aside the avant garde approach of raw, surreal and oversimplified style aside (I wouldn't say it excels at animation tho, although it has its own charm... well I have seen this kind of animation in a lot of short works so yeah, nothing particularly outstanding), I can't understand nor respect why some authors want to send their message to others while obfuscating the same message at the same time, as if they didn't want others to see it. It may make sense for some subtle hinting, foreshadowing or the more indirect type of narrative, but not when you're obfuscating the core idea behind your work, rendering it meaningless at the end unless you're bothered to search for it by yourself without getting any directions from the author himself... |
