| @ame I know it sounds petty, but the two MCs are just so loud and annoying. Maybe I'll give the anime a second chance eventually, since it's probably the most jarring low scoring anime on my list (Next to Angel Beats and Fruits Basket, though those I'm pretty firm on my opinions of). I do wonder if I was too sudden with my choice to drop it, honestly. Ling Qi 2 was pretty good for me, though the fact that (I watched the original Mandarin dub, which was edited down slightly in the Japanese redub) at the end of the last episode (This was one of the things edited out of the Japanese redub), they show teaser footage for Ling Qi 3... which was very shortly after canceled, and never came out. |

| For the lowest I think its got to be Re:zero Gave it a 2, MAL gave it a 8.23. I cannot even begin to describe how much I hate Subaru. He's genuinely worse that most villains. I have absolutely 0 idea what people saw in this anime. Are people THAT down bad for rem and emilia? I don't usually have such a strong reaction to an anime but this one made me hate life itself. Honestly I usually give anime lower scores than the average, but I think maybe the highest score with the biggest difference is konosuba s1, gave it an 10, MAL gave it a 8.1. Following the new season I have seriously contemplated dropping it to a 9 or 8, cause that s3 was not all that and a bag of chips, but whatever the truth may be, I really enjoyed s1 of Konosuba, I thought it was really funny and I liked all the characters. As a comedy, I think its close to the top, which is why I gave it a 10, I was specifically rating it as a comedy though, so its not necessarily equivalent to other things I've rated 10 like HxH or death note, I can understand the lower MAL rating as at the end of the day its not like Konosuba is doing anything that special (and like I said, I am seriously thinking lowering the score myself.) |
| banana fish is rated 8.47 on mal. i rated it 6. simply boring and wasn't my type of anime at all. the story was boring, couldn't get attachd to the characters. didn't feel shit at the ending even though while watching i knew it was sad. at that time i had read that that anime is really good whichwas the only reason i stuck with it for 24 whole episodes. i still see it mentioned from time to time about how sad it was and how people cried but it did nothing for me. |

| Pokemon Movie 7: Destiny Deoxys MAL rating: 6.97 my rating: 1 score difference: 5.97 Destiny Deoxys was a really underwhelming movie for me that left a lot to be desired, but my main problems with it would have to be the story, plot, and the new characters; they were just very uninteresting and forgettable to me. The setting was new, and the legendary Pokemon were different, but the story and plot still felt hackneyed and lacking in creativity. Team Rocket was also stalking and doing predictable things like usual, which further adds to the triteness. Overall, I wouldn't say that I "hated" this movie though, and I do like Deoxys and Rayquaza as legendary Pokemon; it's just that the story, plot, and new characters could've been written so much better. Also, my rating for it is actually a 1.5, but since there's no decimal option on MAL, I just gave it a 1.  |

| Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju second season(6/10), because of the ending. Steins gate(6/10), i hated the entire cast and im not big fan of time loop stories, unless it’s rezero Gintama first season (5/10), could have been good if it isn’t for 200 episodes. Idk why people say the serious arc are good when they are most generic thing i’ve seen in shounen anime and also, why gintoki have such an obvious thick plot armour? like i get it’s a shounen anime but thats just way too obvious. I also don’t like some ghibli movies as much as I thought like ponyo, the cat returns and howls moving castle. There are probably more if i check my list, but I don’t want to. |
| Kimi no Na wa (5/10), because I found the characters boring and after the first half of the movie I lost any interest I had for the story. Yoru no Kurage wa Oyogenai (5/10),because of the second half I honestly felt that they didn't knew what to do with the remaining episodes. |

| Ouran Koukou Host Club. It's the only anime I dropped to this date. A difference of 5.16 in score. Rated it 3, MAL rates it 8.16. I know it's supposed to be a comedy, but I found myself "cringing" (for lack of a better word) at most dialogues. I don't usually dislike stuff, so got me a bit surprised. |

Hunter x Hunter MAL: 9.03 Mine: 4 Score difference: 5.03 The first season hooks you and is entertaining. Then it falls and never gets up again. It costs a lot to finish it. And it's not such a long anime. The characters are flat, they never change, the fights are boring, you don't feel empathy or affection for any of them. A tremendous "meh". |

| Berserk (1997) MAL: 8.59, my rating: 3 (difference = 5.59) (Dropped after episode 13) I don't really know what to say - there was nothing I hated and nothing I liked. It was just boring - not even funny trash or anything like that. The characters and dialogue were boring and therefore I wasn't particularly interested in the war or the titles either. After I dropped it, my friend briefly explained the rest of the anime and manga story to me - I think it had some interesting themes, but I honestly don't see how you can appreciate them when you have to endure the whole rest of the series. HunterxHunter (2011) MAL: 9.03, my rating: 5 (difference = 4.03) (Completed) If I focus only on the good story elements, it could easily be a 7 ... but the rest (like 80-90% of the series) I just never liked. Who the *#! thinks 40+ episodes of Killua running into the same (metaphorical) wall over and over again until he suddenly removes a mind control needle from his head or remembers he had a brother he loved is good character development...! The fact that I don't enjoy lots of long battles didn't help much either. To be honest, I kind of "hate" this series - not because of the anime itself, but because I don't understand 95% of the positive reviews. After wathcing/reading them I felt like they and I watched a completely different anime. At least I found a YT video analysing the anime that I could actually understand and mostly agree with, so I'm partially over it. |

| Movie = Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion (Overall Rating = 8.55/10... my rating 1/10): And it's all because of Shinji, to be honest. I mean, he was annoying in the TV show but he grew on me and had his moments but boy, the movie... he became SO UNLIKABLE. He was overbearing to point this angered me plus he doomed the world. It went WAY beyond abstract to annoyance. While the art and animation were great but I can't overlook everything else. Sorry, Eva fans... this was so frustrating to watch. TV = Attack on Titan: Final Season Part 2 (Overall Rating = 8.76/10... my rating 6/10): This the one with the Rumbling. This part of AoT... I remember that nothing special really happened only for Eren became the giant thingy and kept walking. AoT went the Death Note route at this point and started to lose interest with the whole thing. |
