| Erza fighting her revenge battle against Kiria is a sweet sight to see. However, the main mission still dealt with the Water Dragon, which is part of their 100 Year Quest. Crazy ending. This got a lot more complicated with that Water Dragon unleashing its fury. |

| some hype moments this episode!! the art looked sick with the sea in the sky. and the water dragon god himself sorta reminded me of slifer from yu-gi-oh! i wonder if they can just beat him up without killing him for now great OSTs once again touka’s idea to use wendy to try separate the white mage is a good idea c’mon fairy tail why you getting solo’d like that!! not laxus, jellal and the master combined ๐ญ hiro always gotta make us lose first haha |

| Natsu might be stupid, like super stupid, but when he locks in and actually think rationally, he's never wrong. Home girl with glasses legit caused this whole thing to happen. Natsu is NOT in the wrong. My fuck though. Either Touka is stronger than the Spriggan 12, or Fairy Tail + JELLAL of all people, are washed asf. |

| OMG the animation for this season has been nothing to write home about, but this episode was completely miserable. If this keeps up, I might do the unthinkable, and drop a Fairy Tale season. |

How important is it to watch the original series before the sequel? Are they directly related plot-wise or can I start with this show and work on the original anime at the same time?

| @RobertBobert I'd call that an apt analogy. If you keep watching it, things might become clearer, but there will still be some holes as to why characters will do the stuff they do. |

| Not enough of a beat-down for Kiria, she got off so light for humiliating Erza. I actually really enjoyed the brief fight against the Water Dragon God. The animation and action weren't anything to write home about, but I loved the transition from the melancholic piano and the frustrated Fairy Tail to them resolved to the task at hand and charging in to the new bad ass OST while unleashing their signature attacks. The song got the adrenaline going but it was also beautiful for an action track. I rewatched that part several times, just a very cool and kind of classic Fairy Tail moment that got me fired up like the good old days watching earlier seasons. Really great ending, too. I figured they couldn't beat the White Mage after building her up as Zeref-tier, but her having a little tea party with everyone knocked out around her feet was a neat visual. |
| who else also repeating Moshi Moshi with Sagittarius when he appears? Appreciate 2D Dragon but the fight was just awful power point presentation with yellow blast in the air LMAO Damn whole guild got knocked out just like that by The White Mage? |

| @joemaamah Well, a long time ago I watched the first couple of episodes when the first season was a seasonal show. And I liked it. But then I got scared that it would be another “endless” shonen and I gradually forgot about the show. But in any case, it’s better for us to go to your wall if you don’t mind. Because our dialogue may be considered off-topic. |

| I feel like Erza didn’t get as much revenge as I hoped for, but it’s fine. It was still a good episode. The White Mage plot has gotten way more interesting as well. (8/10) |

| Welp... looks like it's another Zeref end boss... just white instead of black... And she can apparently control other ppls powers, even "dragon gods"... Tho.. how did she stole the guy's power? in his sleep? And why now... cause from the looks of it, she could probably steal all Dragon God's powers. Especially since she's suppose to go after beings with high magic source, IE: "Gods". But she didn't go after the water dragon til the human girl asked for it... really weird... Plus... where was she when Zeref was still here? you would think she want to "dye" Zeref... being Zeref was one of the strongest mage.. (tho Zeref was probably a lot stronger than her... being Zeref is a lot older than just 100 years, dude's ancient) . But yea... I guess we're still ending up killing the Dragon Gods... |
