| Ye, I'm getting the impression now that Rick is just going to attract fighters from anywhere...whether it's real or mock battles. Reanette also seems to have some sort of attraction towards him. Unfortunately, it feels like the cocky characters such as Raster Diarmuit are just unlikable. Ricky himself seems uninteresting but we'll see. There's still time to fix or develop him. |

| This is getting better and better each episode we get. I'm happy to see another quality series like this for this season. The OP is fun while the ED is melancholic. The MC is hard to watch at times but it isn't bad that you need to drop this. The other main characters have interesting things in them. (especially the loli vampire and the elf gunner lmao) |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

And ofc those two twins from the last episode are related to that dude. Over here calling my man 40. At least his proctor or whatever somewhat has respect for our man. Just for him to be out of the picture in less then a minute because these noble pricks are mad MC is stronger then all of them combined... sigh. I find it funny how all these dudes in MC's part are strong asf and one of the dudes just has a gun.. lmaoooo. Anyways, MC boutta fuck some shit up. |

| Well it’s been a rough week for the Diarmuit family that’s for sure. Angelica and her younger brother last week and now the big brother this week gets shown up by Rick. My fave trope is people fucking around and finding out. No one told buddy to come up to Rick and talk shit, he did and got embarrassed 🤦🏽♂️ “Leave this background character” does he know lmaoo. Rick literally gets enemies just by existing, my boy just trying to take his exam in peace and constantly getting cooked for being “old” and “weak” Everyone gangsta till real demons show up. Diarmuit family goons thought it was gonna be a walk in the park to take out Rick and turns out he’s got connections with the Orichalum group 😂the look on the butler face when they showed up and demolished everyone. Can’t wait to see him deal with the oldest brother next week. Overall, not as good as the first ep because no Angelica.. but not bad either. They’re really just gonna have to find ways to keep the whole “idk how strong I am” gimmick interesting. Like I said before, def better than Re:Monster which I watched last season every Monday so let’s see how it goes. |

| Mhhhh, this show is just a collection of tropes at this point. It goes on and on about the age of everyone even for the MC who's only 32. I'd get it if he was like 55, but 32? Really? I guess Japan always was obsessed with teenagers, so 32 must be really old to them. I usually enjoy me some older characters in anime, but this just turned out obnoxious. Moving on, it has the broken tier main char who thinks he's weak for some reason. Seen that like a dozen times in the last couple seasons alone, getting old. Add to that the over the top cliche evil nobles and no real story yet besides "MC doing the exam", it feels like a rather poor show rn. It's like a generic isekai had a child with kenichi, except that kenichi is already at the end of his training and everyone else just sucks. |
| I can tell that this ongoing shtick of the guy never realizing he's actually OP while thinking he's super weak and therefore is a total wuss; will get stale before long. In fact, I've already grown tired of it by the middle of ep 2. It's one thing to be humble, but it's another thing if it's obnoxious whining of a middle-aged man. I hope whatever they got in store makes up for it. Things got weird when the dude pulled out a modern rifle. Also, half elf and half dwarf...wtf? At least he seemingly grew a spine by the end of the episode. |
| Such an annoying main character. I hope he stops this whole constantly whining act. Whole "am weak" would be funny the first time, maybe second and then it loses all comedic effect and becomes annoying. If you destroy everything you touch, there's no way of thinking yourself weak. It's just pure logic. Story telling is predictable and completely black and white. There are no characters with redeeming traits. It's either everyone is ultimately good or pure evil. No in between. I guess third episode will tell us what to expect. If this annoying behavior continues it will be a drop from me I expect. |

The manga was great. It was funny and Rick is one of these mc’s that you aaaaaaaaaaaalmost like. If he wasn’t a 40 year old virgin who’s terrified of the opposite sex like 98.6754% of all mc’s in manga and if he’d tone down the crying a tiny bit he’d have it all. My only complaint about this show is the episode amount. The reason being that over half the season is going to take place right here at the promotion test. By the time he leaves there it will be episode 7 or 8 of 12. I’d definitely recommend tracking this one down and reading it.

The moment you leave you have some short time to make something out of yourself before your slavery takes over, and then you are the slave to the hive until you die. It's disgusting and nothing more than people fulfilling other people's expectations. Law and government are even trying to prevent this. But naah. Boss must always have bigger stamp, more expensive car, be better at taking in booze (which is why younger people act drunk when they are not). It's just a shit show. But yeah, you are right, just collection of tropes and they are not even trying to be creative anymore. It's always some school, some competition, some test, some orb-like thing that measures your aptitude for one thing and not the other that MC is really skilled at, etc. It's frustrating and annoying. |

| A good overall episode. Nothing really of note in any way. No actual points of fault either. Old guy stronk adventurer maintains its production quality from its start. Even though it, relatively, did not provide itself. A fair chance to showcase its action sequence animation at all. Instead sticking with the personal monologuing. That was not quite as well written this time. As expected during lulls in a work. |

| Can't skip that OP fast enough. Maybe not quite as funny as the last episode but I was still entertained. Rick's going to work his way through that entire noble family at this rate. Where does this end? Beating up their father? Their grandfather? I actually love silly vendettas like this so I hope it keeps escalating. Was a briefly disappointed Rick didn't fight the goons, but the rest of his party more than made up for it. Each of them was cool, ridiculously powerful, and I cracked up at Rick desperately trying to warn those guys off. Elf lady didn't make much of an impression last episode but here she ready to take out a kid's eye. Gotta respect the ruthlessness. Episode ended with a fire lit under Rick and he's ready to kick ass. I assume he's not going to maintain that attitude for long but I'm looking forward to the next episode. I'm still quite happy with the show despite all the negative comments. |

But that shit works only once and then he should realize oooh am actually strong as fuck, it's just that those other guys are so stupidly stronger. | I enjoyed the first episode but started to get tired of it by the middle of the second. Art style is also not my cup of tea. 'I parry everything' has similar premise but much more pleasant to watch. |
