| Of course it has to be that girl inside the big armour, who for some reason has a crush on invincible-kun. Good luck finding him, but we know she wouldn’t not reveal her identity even if they do meet eventually. By the way, important to note, dude’s been playing this game just for a little over 2 hours right now, but.. but he has already managed to take down some super strong monsters, as if it was nothing. The dangerous serpent, who did look like it would be a tough challenge, wasn’t much in the end. I mean yes, it did inflict damage and all over the dude, but got taken care of anyways. At least, they decided to make it look like dude suffered from some consequences too, with the poison little by little eating his life away, to the point where he literally died lol, but rest assured, he started again from the first town. Usual grinding and collecting materials for weapons aside, I just hope we start to see some new characters pretty soon. Animation still looks as stunning as ever, and now guess we’ve our first “strong” opponent making its presence… that unique monster, whom nobody seems to have defeated in this game ever. |
| Yikes, second episode and MC is already facing off a monster in the form of a serpent. This went full RPG action with hp bars, critical status signs etc. Sunraku plays his game really well though. With RPG elements, there's also two exploration. Tbh, I think Sunraku is enjoying his virtual life way too much, even though some people makes fun of his appearance. I hope Sunraku evolves his fighting style though, seems like he's very straightforward with all his moves. |

| So this is airing in the same TV slot as Zom 100 was airing. And this is going to be 2 cours long. Imagine if we have to wait 2 seasons (half a year) for the last 3 episodes of Zom 100. These town names though lol. "Secondale" "Thirdrema". Is there a problem with his current weapon? Why does he want to change it so much? Is someone messing with the game? Reminds me of SAO. The little segments after credits are quite funny. This episode had stellar animation too. |

| Did anyone else notice the hollow knight like music in the second half of the snake fight?(after getting poisoned, very similar to greenpath ost) Or maybe I am just high on silksong copium. The classic souls armour set.  |

And when he seems to be on the verge of losing he just wins for no apparent reason. Still better than a lot of other stuff out there but I'm expecting more. |

| Oh well, Rei sure stalked him in ShanFro, and styled over the top, full armour and all, but just too ahead of him. Back to the boss fight, Sunraku facing the venom with the Vorpal Rabbit's sword, and since its efficiency was down and all, he reverted back to his dual swords, which the beginner boss managed to deal him some damage with status effects. Still though, Sunraku does his best, and despite being beaten by trash games, he wasn't gonna get this boss get the better of him to defeat it. But still, being poisoned without any potions. Sunraku is in a race against time and direction to get himself healed. Well, even in ShanFro that players can date each other, but one hopeful guy (Reiji) trying to date a girl (Mia) got in his way, though he gives good advice thanks to fan documentation, and he managed to make it in time to his respawn point, though it has a death penalty that's usual for RPG games. The town of Secondia is Sunraku's first RPG experience, though he has to suit up to prevent others labeling him as a weirdo. From the town to Thirdrema going through the Diremarsh Waste, Sunraku mines for ores, but finds more stones although he finds some. As expected, there are monsters like mud frogs, and it's irritating him to the point of killing it. Too bad that the marsh waste is slowing his movements down, though equipping some would help. In the end, Sunraku manages to find some ores, though one of them captures the weapon forger's attention for a strong weapon, though still talking to an NPC. And as Rei stood where Sunraku was, she's still finding him sadly, while he's getting used to the game mechanics and the monsters which are eons stronger than what he's faced before, like the unique monster lycanthrope...which reveals that deep within the game's servers, ShanFro has really been yet to begin its progress of its 30 million players defeating the game. ShanFro: 0% completed, will Sunraku be the first to defeat this god-tier game? |

| Sunraku fight was hype, dude just doesn't give up no matter what. Can relate to too much pointless npc talking at critical moment lol. Rei's avatar, Psyger-0 looks cool and she boasts some high offensive power as shown with how she one shot the snake monster but than again it was a beginner area monster so. And here comes the most iconic boss of the series, Lycagon. I'm so hyped for this. Nice ED song btw. |

Also he didn't start again in the first town. He went to the second town and made his respawn point there. It's been already told a few times that he skipped first town. IDK how u can miss that. | Unless they're NPCs I really don't get why people would find the appearance of the MC strange. Assuming the game has an extensive customization system you should expect to see some wild creations on a rather regular basis. If anything, NPCs aside, the amount of players looking as plain as they do is what should actually raise some eyebrows. |

How did things convenient? Explain. Also when did he win for no reason. The snake fight, he won with his skills. | This is how an adaptation should be handled. Loyal, but not to a fault. Small reorganizations where they make sense, and expansions on the action to make it more dynamic and exciting. Making use of the new medium. Peak! |

| So far, it more or less feels like a funny walkthrough of a game, reminds me of Let's plays. Good to see the animation still very sharpened and solid. Sunraku faces off against the first "unique monster" ever deployed in the game next time it seems. |

When he is back at the blacksmith they say he was gone for 3 hours. If we assume he got 2 every 30 minutes, that would be 12 in 3 hours. Which is roughly the number he had. | Well sunraku is realising that Shangri La Frontier is a lot more challenging than he thought lol. This is probably the most alive VRMMORPG world that we’ve seen in a long time. They’re doing a real good job of showing all the things the game offers, making the MC grind to be successful, etc. Fixing a lot of issues that people might have with these types of shows. Love how Sunraku running into town brought Reiji and his childhood friend closer. Guess it makes sense he’s a wingman with the bird mask. Having to farm ore for 3 hours sounds exhausting. Everything’s a struggle in this game. I like it, Sunraku is going to have to really work his way up the ranks. C2C cooked with the animation during the fights as well. Huge shoutout to the staff involved in this one. Unique monster is here and no one has ever defeated one? Next episode should be fun. |

| Animation is still fantastic and so is the main characters passionate explanations for the game's mechanics. Honesty watching these fantasy shows its nice to see the main character honestly struggle and actually grind in order to level up. Just goes to show how many trash isekai/fantasy shows there are out there. That something as a simple premise of main character in fantasy world levels up and sticks to that premise is actually so refreshing. |
