Saiki would be the definite one, his powers are already insane with 1 limiter, he could possibly destroy the entire fabric of reality without his limiters. However the lad would probably won't fight up to his entire potential. Wonder of U from Part 8 would be a high contender as absolutely no one could be able to reach him no matter what they do. |

| i can't comment on other series, but canonically in the Dragon Ball universe Grand Zeno is the absolute strongest as he can wipe out multiple universes in an instant. unless Heroes somehow introduced someone even stronger. |

| Omnipotent characters in fiction are going to be equal, since by definition omnipotence means unlimited power with zero restrictions. An author or writer doesn't have the authority to write their omnipotent character to be stronger than another omnipotent character under a different author unless that author has specifically came out and said that their character isn't as powerful, which has never happened to my knowledge. Power scaling arguments become sort of pointless at around the ceiling of power (omnipotence/original god) since every character at that level will plateau with the same limitless abilities. |
