| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm, still no new opening theme song. I guess we'll be getting one pretty soon. Meh, Yuka is back to being annoying herself again. Kinda bothers me that Methode is walking around as usual after all the shit that she's done. Felt like a slow paced episode from the aftermath of the kidnapping drama. Saturnus (the maid) also got some screen time. Wow I almost forgot she exists in this show Glad to see Shiori doing better now but she made some pretty big mistakes. I can't stand Methode much in this show anymore, feels like she's beyond redeemable at this point. Kouka came to crash a party again :o |

Yes, I remember that too, but there are no raws, which appear almost immediately after it airs on tv (as they are recordings) and there is nothing on Amazon. |
| This was pretty much an aftermath episode. Arato was being investigated and his sister is back to her usual, annoying self. Methode made some kind of deal with Ryou. I forgot Saturnus still exists. That is quite the party. |

| Yuka was actually quite funny this time with how she became a third weel lol. Also, Lacia doesn't hold back and WILL smash when Arato turns 18 lmaoooo. I am surprised at Shiori talking shit to Ryo about being used when...she was also being used. At least she seems to have learned a good life lesson. Ryo also needs a rude awakening, the conditions of him becoming Methode's owner are just asking to be backstabbed. Hey, at least he didn't backstab Arato so it's...something. I wonder how the meeting will turn out. |

| damn Ginga killed off screen he dreamed too big big for his own good , most of the first half didn't shine much light on stuff we didn't already know but the gathering seems like the turning point on what they all plan on doing instant sadness when eliza showed up only to hear she blew herself up she had a good design |

| I thought that I was finally fed up of Yuka but that doesn't seem to be the case, I find her presence in the anime too funny. This aftermath episode was so anticlimactic though,; after that confession it all became generic once again. Because of that, I don't know the route that this anime will take. Although it should still stick to the romance theme that I was waiting for P.S. Plastic Memories did this to me I.e. The need to watch an AI themed anime a romances perspective; I needed to fill that PLASMEMO sized hole |

| Yuka became a little less annoying for me in this episode Ryo is fucked with that deal methode will be a very hard character if they tried to save it Romance in this show meh I'm hoping that there will be new opening in next episode |

| You know what? I just lost all interest in this series at this point. It literally feels like it doesn't know how to handle itself. Whether it wants to be a serious futuristic series that showcases how AI is affecting human society or if it wants to be a series that's pretty much some weird slice of life where young beta boy meets a robot in which he can't control his teenage hormones. Add on the stupid breaks and unnecessary intermissions and finally the last nail in the coffin has been struck. Dropped. |

| Yuka's countdown was adorable. Hmm so Lacia gets extra functions when Arato turns 18 huh. Looks like the authorities have started to wake up to the fact that AI's have started to fight against each other. The origin of the Lacia class units sure was interesting. The invitation by Erika sure was unexpected but gave the opportunity to gather all the major players. An interesting episode where we get to see Ryuo's motivations as well as the history behind the Lacia class units. The introduction of Erika and Marriage to the cast was also well done. Her words were certainly interesting. |

| I wish the show hadn't delivered all that information about the Lacia-class units to us in a massive exposition dump like that, but at this point the show kinda left itself with no choice, especially as the Lacia-class units are now being brought together courtesy of Erika's invitation. Also, with how much of a big deal was made before about the owners being responsible for the actions of their hIEs, it's good to finally see the authorities actually catching on and realising what's going on. Still, we need to see one of the main human cast get arrested or something to really sell Ryo's concern about being made retrospectively responsible for the attempted murder of Shiori by becoming Methode's owner (I know Arato was fined before, but that was hand-waved away and pointless as his father paid for it all anyway, without much consequence other than putting Arato in the experimental city to allow the plot to progress). |

| Alright wrap up episode after the last 'arc.' The exposition dump by Watarai was somewhat interesting. Some of it was kinda predictable, but not all. The end with everyone meeting up was kinda cool. Seems like we might have something where each of the Lacia class hIEs represent a different ideology for a possible future. Lacia is living together with humans as partners, Method is about being superior to humans and controlling them, Snowdrop is maybe about independence from humans, Kouka is something like an eternal conflict for humans and hIEs to fight. Not really sure about Saturnas as she hasn't done much. |

| What a joke, even the background characters are aware of how garbage the MC is. This is show will be celebrated upon it's end similar to how people celebrate the deaths Jerry Falwell and Fred Phelps. |

| The anime right now kinda flat. I do like Lacia's interaction with humans but the main character at this point feels extremely bland. Even the police remarks it - he's just like a dog... I like the premise, setting and all but if it continues at this pace with no character growth on Arato part, I'm dropping it. |
| Jeez, this series just stagnates more and more. There's really no reason to get invested here with its paper-thin plot and character depth. The only characters I like are Kouka and Yuka. But Kouka is more a background character more than anything. Which is a shame since she's the only one with actual character. Same for Yuka, she plays the bratty little sister very adorably so I don't feel she is annoying. Beatless is essentially just really lifeless. |

I wonder what's gonna happened next? clashing or just talking blabbering? only Snowdrop is the absent one! no Beatless next week? that's fine to me...since there's too many shows and i'm struggling to keep-up...¬_¬ 4/5. |

| Can't wait when they reveal what happened in Arato's and Ryo's past. They keep doing small flashbacks ._. And this anime is so slow, they finally got to some kind of "beginning of plot" in 12th episode. How they will manage to finish in 12 more episodes if they are THAT slow?? |

| Look, I think things are lining up and hopefully this translates into a good second half. But it's taken a lot of unnecessary turns with a lot of hide-the-ball antics. Like Watarai, we'll probably see a reason for Ryou doing what he's done, but at this point he is still mostly nonsensical as a character. At least now Lecia and Arato are together and we're done with the tease on that front. At the end I just want to see a real conflict. Right now Ryou vs. Arato will do, but Ryou can't be the final villain--he'll probably get whitewashed at some point too. |
| Finally shit's getting interesting!!! I loved the origin story we were told about how Higgins made the Lacia units. Sth about an ultimate AI that grew that much that actually gave birth to blueprints for other AI's fascinates me. I think the show is finally starting :) |

This is somewhat of a spoiler because I bought both artbooks from RJ so keep reading at your own discretion At some point, a little bit after the middle of the story synopsis there's an awesome art piece with Ryo vs Arato and it basically says that they're the final fight of the series and who wins decides the fate of the world etc etc |
| It's interesting, that Lacia was initially proposed by Higgins, but the humans were too "stupid" to actually build her. So they constructed 001 to 004 first and after them Lacia, which got the number 005 despite being the prototype 000. That means, that Lacia is the most advanced of the Red Boxes. The humans considered her to be subpar compared to her sisters, but only because she is so advanced, that they can't grasp her potential. Quite ironic. Ryo took control after Ginga's death and is in hot water now. Serves him right. I wonder when Methode will dispose of him. Also his sister has every right to be mad at him. And regarding Arato, he is indeed quite naive. But of all the characters he is actually the most reasonable. |

| Why did everyone go to Erika's house? What a contrived, obviously set-up scenario. Lacia and Arato have literally no reason to trust anyone outside their house anymore, given that every second character appears to be an omniscient schemer with their own killer android and private army, yet the most obvious bait imaginable works on them. Arato beaming at Ryo when he shows up to that mansion made me think he has the world's shortest memory. Did he forget the previous thousand times Ryo has either betrayed him, called him the scourge of humanity, or told him how his android girlfriend is worthless trash? What characteristic does Ryo possess that makes him worth smiling about? |

| Treat Arato like a puppy dog and he talks, sounds about right, the good cop method was perfect to use against him. Was a bit funny listening to Yuka talk about Lacia & Arato in that fashion. Watarai gave us and especially Erica a lot of information there. No surprise Shiori acted in that manner, she was used and almost died Ah so that's how Ryo became an owner of Methode, she is most likely just using him as well. Ah all that awesome looking food yet it will probably go to waste as a huge fight is about to break out. It's interesting that 4 of them are in the same place together, Erica might hold all the cards at the moment. |
