| By the looks of it, Riful wouldn't survive an injury like that. it was practically a massive blow towards the head,body and legs.Duph has a higher chance but then again, he as well is in a critical state. The Abyss ones are no more I guess. It kinda predicted something like this might happen when the balance between the awakened was destroyed. As everyone is saying THIS CHAPTER WAS SO SHORT and yes we can't complain but still, I was expecting abit more for a monthly as well. "when i was still human..carved into the body of a child"~. Is it phrase relating to the process of her transforming into a claymore and reminding her of the reason she became a claymore and therefore becoming a trigger towards releasing her youki which could be the reason why she released a huge amount and "seemed" to go over the limits~her innerself was unstable and therefore anger must of made this unstable emotion take come to surface?.Second thing i want to verify~when Clare first met Priscillia she was in her human form right,does that mean that she couldn't sense youki therefore does not know what Priscillia's youki is like. Then why is it that she now who has never sensed her youki before is able to somehow familiarize with it. |

| It's nice seeing Priscilla take her place back as the BIG BAD of this series after being a "happy little girl" for so long. The hatred in Clare's eyes is just want I want/expected to see. Too bad I finished it so quick... DAMN IT! Once again I want more. |

| That was /way/ too short of a chapter. There is no way in hell I can wait a whole month to see what happens next. That has to be the worst cliffhanger Yagi's pulled yet... I mean, the Clare vs. Priscilla confrontation is what I've been waiting to see all of these years! D: I guess I'll have to deal with the monthly wait somehow. :| More importantly, Riful does seem to be as good as dead... But you never know, I suppose. I'll still keep holding out hope that she doesn't die... But seeing Priscilla rip Riful to shreds like that... I really don't think Clare stands a chance right now. I don't care how much vengeance Clare feels; she's just not powerful enough at the moment -- unless she awakens. |

I thought the "carved into the body of the child" was just reiterating the fact that the memory of Priscilla's power is "carved" into her memory. But it could be a hint at the Claymore-transformation process, too... I thought it was reminding her of her memory of the reason she became of Claymore, which is why her power just kinda explodes at that point. All of her hate and animosity towards Priscilla -- the one who killed Teresa -- just kinda turns into raw energy at that point. Clare can't really control herself at the moment. Some people were discussing that in the previous chapter, the debate whether or not Clare would be able to sense the same yoki if she only felt it as a child and not as a Claymore. I thought more along the lines that even if she could not truly sense yoki, she could still burn that sensation of Priscilla into memory. Perhaps just the overwhelming might of her power -- the vibe she gave off. And at the time Clare didn't know what yoki really was, but she still somewhat burned Priscilla's yoki into her memory. This is all merely speculation, of course, but those are my thoughts. Perhaps others have other opinions, though. *shrugs* |

| oh man this chapter was so short T_T but good thing we're talking about claymore here and the quality is always superb. Damn i really hope riful isn't dead ...and i have no idea how clare could possibly face priscilla at the moment, my guess is a new conflict between a "inner" rapchiela and priscilla and i'm actually curious this time to find out what'll happen with raki?Who knows he might become the next badass like Guts !Looking forward to next month's chapter lordshadowisle said: An extremely short chapter... | Oh wow short chapter is short and lame cliffhanger is lame -_- Anyway the chapter was still pretty good though it was kinda sad seeing Riful get well demolished so easily though in her defense she was already kinda of torn up. Priscilla is pretty powerful I wonder how she'll stand up to Raciela and her spikes of death xD. I'm glad we finally get to see Clare and Priscilla face off though I get the feeling it probably won't last very long and me more of a teaser than anything else...and somebody needs to do something for Raki since we still haven't heard about what happened to him after the organization found him. |

| Even with her anger and hate I doubt Clare can beat Priscilla. Like everyone said this was a very short chapter, then again this is december. Riful RIP you where a great loli! I'm really looking forward to next months chapter. It was also nice learning about the effects of Yama-bait Raki on Priscilla. He just might be the answer the organisation has been looking for. |

When you think about it it's even a bit too imba - Riful was not that far from the big kitty and she was damn surprised when Priscilla appeared behind her in a fraction of a second, but it's still nothing compared to the distance between Riful and Clare! They were practically on the other end of that valley and she still crossed that in a flash... I refuse to believe that Riful couldn't accurately judge distance between Priscilla and herself, which means that our starved for 7 years awakened is wayyy over nine thousand already, and she's still in her human form! |

| really short @_@!!! i don't think Clare has a chance in beating Priscilla , maybe if she transfroms into an awaken being she can beat her , the way Priscilla didn't get hit means she's stronger , i think the story will go further to the other land that has soldiers and two armies. |

| It really shouldn't be impressive that she killed(?) Riful and Dauf so easily. They couldn't even move anymore. The lowest level claymore there is (47?) could have killed them in that state. |

But there is just as much chance she ignores Clare after some words.. whos to say And as everyone has stated TO SHORT a monthly release and only 22 ? thats more or less what id expect from a weekly release 18-22 heh |
