| wasn't complete garbage if this season overall didn't have so many meh shows i might've not have picked it up i don't feel like writing a ton but it's said that we've become so degen that this is the bare standard of what's considered wholesome whole fam was kind weird in how much they seemed to push the two together even if it was seemly in jest 5.5/10 filled with far too many cringe moments 6 if you count Higashira even if she is degen bait her relationship was nice to see how casual it was without them being a couple |

| For the last ep they decided to go with an festival and we also got to see the 2nd kiss from them together, supposedly they built it up and made it happen together. Mizuto's past seemed rather depressing to be honest, having no feelings at all and whatnot. Yume looks nice in a yakuta though. Yeah that's basically it for this anime, it was alright i guess. |

| That they are step-siblings in this anime is just an excuse for the 2 to see each other again. This situation can occur in other ways (same group of friends for example) but this has been the case. I don't understand people talking about incest here. If you told me they were step-siblings since they were little, okay, but FUCK, THEY WERE A COUPLE, obviously there was going to be tension. No one can come and say that they don't like the series because they see what is happening as "unreal". If you don't have enough empathy to put yourself in their shoes, then the anime isn't to blame, it's yours. I can say that I have lived THE SAME RELATIONSHIP PATTERN as the one told in this anime. I can understand that people don't like the story, I can understand that people don't like the protagonists (although statements like Mizuto has no personality... honestly, you have no fucking idea). What I will not accept is the people who say that this story is not real. Every fucking second has made me remember things I've been through. I always see people in this type of anime asking for things that it was not created for. Easily one of the best animes to explain the pain of a separation caused by nonsense. If they don't hate or fuck when they see each other in the same house, it seems that for some people this is not real. What immaturity. With some reviews, I can only think that people want the same thing but with a different hat like Stacy Malibu, and if you go out of that pattern, the story is not understood and you are not able to analyze what you are seeing well. Like if you teach a 5 year old child equations when he doesn't know how to subtract. Anyway, underrated anime and I hope there will be 2 seasons for the brave ones who have enjoyed it (and understood it). |

| Lmao this was so "I'm 14 and this is deep" vibes. Mizuto wanders off before the fireworks to be a loner and queue Yume having the most cringe monologue about how Mizuto is a such a deep, 3D person, and that "omg that one time he hung up on me he was actually off alone watching fireworks." |
| Less spicy than the domestic girlfriend, that's for sure. Gotta say the central plot of stepsiblings in love kinda reminded me of 'Recently, My Sister Is Unusual' |

| Always a treat to see Yume dressing so good, Only disappointment for me is not having more of Yume wearing new clothes Realizations after realizations, seeing after Mizuto's past of how he's treated and how he came to be his present self is an eye opener and pretty much about it, I've expected that there's more to the story fun fact that's it About time shit went down I'm happy the kiss happened than nothing I'll take it, Not really incest but still indirect I suppose, I Enjoyed watching it though it had potential. So from breakups to washing machines breaking this story is just a big loop of pride and teasing from both sides, As I said it had potential it looks so good at the start the art style was very rom-com trash and I liked it but that's about it surely not there's no chance of a second season right. |

| Y'know this wasn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Its still better than a couple of cuckoos. The last half made me sad. I hope we get a second season. |

| Great story! I hope they make another season. I'm actually very curious now about reading the source LN. Even though the plot line is kinda predictable, it's all about the journey and not the finish line. I love it how they made it about Yume slowly discovering things about Mizuto she didn't know back in junior high. Makes me wonder if we'll see a similar thing coming out of Mizuto towards Yume, down the line. |
| this whole show was a drag i barely could have finished it the story was meh the characters were stiff and the pacing was bad there were some good moments but those were really little so yeah 5/10 rating is right for me |
