| I used https://imagecolorpicker.com/en to check the character's hair color palette. They're mostly blue with a tinge of green. But even without that tool, I'd say the character's hair is more of a blue green. In other images and clips, the character's hair has a bit more green which is much closer to the color of phosphophyllite. OP probably could've chosen a much better photo.
