Yeah sure we can agree on that, but it doesn't mean their appearance per se can't be obtained without drugs. There was a study saying that naturally it is possible to achieve a maximum of 0.7kg of muscle mass per every 1cm of height at elite levels but half of that is still very realistic as most sumo wrestlers have and had similar amounts of muscle muscle. so a guy like me 170cm could easily hold on his body a minimum 61kg of pure muscle alone.. including the weight of bones, skin, organs and other stuff that'd put me easily at a not too lean not too fat 95-100kg natty, with 20kg of pure fat and the rest in other lean-non-muscle mass. This assuming my genetics are average, they could be elite and top notch, who knows? Let's also not forget that bone mass gets heavier ass well through training and diet. so my max natty weight could be even higher. Roided guys just have the muscles of a sumo player without the extra fat. Realistic? Certainly not... but who cares, if it is possible with drugs it's possible without. |
