 DMM Pictures opened an official website opened for the television anime adaptation of Misaki Takamutsu's Skip to Loafer (Skip and Loafer) manga on Wednesday and revealed the main cast, staff, and a teaser promotional video. Tomoyo Kurosawa (Hibike! Euphonium) and Akinori Egoshi (Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans) are starring as Mitsumi Iwakura and Sousuke Shima, respectively. Staff Director, Series Composition: Kotomi Deai (Natsume Yuujinchou Go, Gin no Saji 2nd Season) Character Design, Chief Animation Director: Manami Umeshita (Stella Jogakuin Koutou-ka C³-bu, 3-gatsu no Lion 2nd Season) Music: Takatsugu Wakabayashi (Ange Vierge, Seikoku no Dragonar) Studio: P.A. Works Takamatsu began drawing the slice of life comedy manga in Monthly Afternoon in August 2018. Kodansha published the seventh volume on Wednesday. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English this February and shipped the fourth volume on April 12. The fifth volume is scheduled to release on July 19.
