| For series, it is always franchises that originated as games that have a large available cast that have the most. Touhou, Idolmaster, KanColle, Fate, etc. A single character is hard to pin down, because it's unnecessarily difficult on some sites to see what character has the most entries, but I did find some stuff out. On Rule34 paheal the anime character with the most entries was Hinata from Naruto. On nHentai the character with the most entries, not including generic protagonist terms, (commander, admiral, producer, etc.) was Reimu from Touhou. If she doesn't technically count as an anime character, then the next highest is Asuka. Who is followed by more various Touhou, Fate, and KanColle characters until you get to Rei and Shinji. Then the cycle repeats until you get to Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura. Then the cycle repeats until you get the idea. |

| Probably Misty, Dawn or Cynthia from Pokémon. The Pokémon fandom is... "wild", to put it lightly. Or Touhou. IIRC, Touhou has the record for most fanmade hentai doujins of any franchise, so it's quite likely that its main protagonists (Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame) have their fair share of hentai, potentially even rivalling that of the Pokémon characters. Kind of a shame how easy it is to find hentai when I'm just casually searching for fanart of a series that I like, but it is what it is I guess. :\ |

There's a solid 1k doujins about K-On uploaded to Nhentai, which is not a huge amount (Touhou has 18k, KanColle has 16k and Idolmaster almost 12k) but it's on par with stuff like Pokemon, MHA, Naruto, To Love Ru and Bakemonogatari which are all either way more popular or way more fanservicey. And K-On is way ahead of classic waifu anime like Re:Zero (400) or Darling in the Franxx (100) or even Highschool DxD (100). |

| I was surprised by the fans of Illya from Prisma Illya and the pics they create of her on reddit and elsewhere, even doujins. She's definitely still a kid so that's weird for me, although people make lewds of anyone regardless of age, thinking of Sagiri from Eromanga Sensei. |
