| Nezumi-Otoko once again put Kitarou in danger for profit. But well, nothing new. Poor Kitarou though, being worked to the bone against his will like that, believing he would be turned back into his true form, only to be torn apart and sold as merchandise. At least Sunakake-Babaa is really rich, and I love it. She knows the value of money, but it isn't the most important thing to her. Kitarou's vengeance was really cruel this time too. To the youkai at least, he let Nezumi-Otoko off easily again. Well, the youkai believed the human world was the best, and it was, while he had money. But easy comes, easy goes. He lost everything and his punishment was to live as a human in this cruel world where money is everything, while having nothing. I almost felt bad for him, and thought he was going to commit suicide by jumping in front of the train, but it didn't get that dark this time. |

| I think the core message and idea is interesting, but I think it falls apart towards the end, with Kitaro banking on the yokai falling in love and with Ratman's antics causing so much collapse in the company. (I find it hard to believe one employees antics could cause a company to fail that hard). I think this could've been a great episode, but between it's attempted suicide moment towards the end with the talking food in the middle, it feels really inconsistent in tone and really needed another pass to make it better than just okay. |

| Strange episode. Kitaro turned into an octopus and disguised as a maid, it was weird. And from where Sunakake Babaa is also rich lmao. Btw, the punishment of the fish-man yokai is quite hard, Kitaro did not laugh, it's cruel |
Sunakake Baba is fuckin' loaded! How the hell did she keep this a secret from everybody, ESPECIALLY from Nezumi Otoko? What a fun episode, super light-hearted and funny. |

| Damn! I thought it was Neko Musume pretending to be the maid, but it was actually Kitarou. Couldn't this stupid youkai ask the doctor to turn him into a handsome human? |
