| I haven't watched any Jojo yet myself, but going by what i know of it through "community osmosis", that's kinda the point of it? Like, the franchise seems to be unapologetically goofy and like it doesn't really take itself too seriously, so the viewer is not expected to do so either and should just hop on it for a fun ride. |

| I watch JoJo for the strategic battles and the bizarreness, everything else is irrelevant. Stone Ocean is super hilarious, definitely in my top 10 funniest anime. I don't remember if the previous parts were also like that. |

| Nothing wrong with not taking JoJo seriously and enjoying it for the comedy whatsoever, but... to everyone saying that it doesn't take itself seriously or that you're not supposed to take it seriously... Well, let's agree to disagree, lol But whether you take it seriously or not, I just hope y'all continue enjoying JJBA! :D Truly there is no other piece of fiction like it that I've found, and it's rare to find such a truly unique piece of media nowadays And to people who don't enjoy JoJo... that's fine, too. Everyone's taste is different and JoJo definitely won't be everybody's cup of tea. Especially if you don't like off-the-wall action/dramedies, I guess |
