I don't want to download anime raw, rather I wanna watch them in raw/without subtitles because susbtitles are irritating and I can understand Japanese quite well

Most legal streaming services have the ability to watch anime without subtitles, as do Blu-rays. In terms of pirating, I don't really know if you can without torrenting.

If you're torrenting, most of the encodes you find are soft subbed. You can just like, turn them off.

Just check the anime piracy index of reddit, I think you will find one that does require you to download episodes

Netflix, Torrents, Blu Rays.
I'm sure there are other places but I don't use them.

If you download you can turn off the subs. At least in MPC

I'm pretty sure there's a setting in CR where you can remove the subtitles.
I sometimes forget to finish my sentences.

@Twiceter_9 wait that's actually fire.
It has Hiragana, Katakana, Japanese, Romanji, English subtitle options, and can do a mix. Then you can go line my line of dialogue as well as be tested on things you translated. There is also a Disqus chat. This is perfect as I'm trying to watch anime's I've already seen, but without english. I think the Japanese dialogue and Japanese subtitles are perfect for me, and the other options could help people too.
(I am bad at language, half my family is russian and I even was in russia for a month and still don't know any russian. took 4 years of spanish and don't know spanish. Only mainly interested in Japanese since i watch so much anime and therefore would be more interested to know, though Swedish, Chinese, Spanish, Russian and such should be higher on my list if ever learn another language.)

As long as the subtitles aren't baked into the show itself, you can turn them on or off freely.

I don't think I can provide links to them, but this is true for many modern piracy streams, where you can disable the closed captions natively from the video players.
