| So, Ukyu was a forwer submarine sonar operator, eh? Thats why he was so amazingly outrun Magma and forced Chrome to surrender. Damn archer! Then, well, thats escalated quickly, after all the preparation! As soon they've realise its Chrome whose they captured, its time to change the plan guys! No need to hindered your presence, no guerrillas, its time to finally began the straight full assault! First thing first: a transportation. Brilliant. Thats how you won the war, a better transportation technology, a better preparation near the targets. Steam engine, acquired, using a boiling water concept to regain the base of a steam power and its components made by a solid molten brass from a beeswax mold to plastered them separatedly (lol, this part of english really bad, i just realise it) Voila, a very detailed components already acquired, assemblying it together, and then they acquired a base of the automobile prototype! But, i believed, there were still so much work to do before launching that transportation ideas into the stone world reality. I mean, its still a prototype, right? Well, at least that idea really hyped me much to see their next progression, then. Lets fuckin go! Meanwhile, Chrome situations seems pretty bad, but he managed to keep silence until the end. However, Ukyu look pretty interesting with his way of deal, hiding the phone existencies completely. Whats his real deal toward Senku's Kingdom of Science? The same deal with Nikki might be a good way to bribe him down against Tsukasa. Lets see next! |

| We're talking about Chrome X2 ...Maybe we should pick up the pace. The looks on their faces I laughed so hard. Also, excited to see Ukyo and Nikki. I haven't read the manga yet so I am interested in seeing what they will bring to the series. |

| Chrome once again proving to be of the best this show can offer. So, it seems Ukyo will be more relevant to the plot than I originally expected, uh? He covered Chrome so I wonder if he's planning on going behind Tsukasa's back. That would definitely make things more interesting, honestly. |
| I think Ukyo saved Chrome out of respect for Chrome. Maybe in a sense of "Hey this guy is smart maybe I prefer the Kingdom of Science more then these guys" just something to think about. Holy shit Kohaku had me crying this episode. Senku and Hohakus chemistry is perfect. They're like a dynamite duo. So good. Also I think next week will be a heavy Kohaku episode since the title is "Steam Gorilla" I'm excited!!! |

| So after all Chrome indeed got caught, but damn, proud of my boy! I mean, the guy clearly grew some balls, so big that he couldn't have died xD Like what did Senku did at the end? The "car" is supposed to drive itself to Tsukasa's empire? I honestly can't wait for most of them to join Senku, with so much manpower they would achieve so much! I just hope that Ukyou is indeed trying to create a revolution, but judging by his answer he is a man of science himself, so it would only make sense. |

| What a great episode never fails to amuse and Chrome resolve was probably the highlight of this week, bit by bit we get close to Tsukasa's empire, Idk but for some reason I feel like Ukyo is one of Senku's past friends. 5/5 |
| Oh my, Senku's scientific knowledge is really limitless, now he went to make a car. I like how Tsukasa is still not into senseless murder, he is not evil indeed. |

| i know basically nothing about ukyo and he's already best boy i absolutely love him. i've seen enough shounen anime to know he's definitely up to something haha oh chrome....my sweet summer child.....he has the best of intentions but he's definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to his own life. i appreciate the dedication to science though and wanting to show it off (love the idea of saving his skin by showing the tsukasa empire colorful flames) this season doesn't have me as interested as the first one did but i'm still really enjoying it, it's probably a highlight of my week |

Gotta love Chrome and his gigantic balls, I am surprised he didn't just snap Hyoga's spear with how heavy his balls are. That train scene at the end was awesome, they all had that drip. Looking forward to the next episode. |

| That lie at the end was a bit surprising, or perhaps curiosity is getting the better of him. Then again what if he heard the entire conversation with his hearing and agrees with it o.o |

| Loved this episode! Check out the big balls on Chrome; I've always liked his character, but this... SMH. He walked right into the lion's den, talking smack, and then gave Tsukasa the finger (yeah - go ahead and drop me, my lips are sealed - now). The introduction of an interesting character, Ukyo. No sonar man would settle for less than a world of science; I think we have another ally. I was hoping to see more reaction from Ruri about Chrome being captured, but - sighs- no such luck; I enjoyed Kohaku's reaction though. |
| I think that Ukyo is actually in progress of figuring out which side might be the best option to side with. He is smart and his skills can easily help him to escape Tsukasa's grasp, when he would need to. Tsukasa's brute force is still something that would become something that lead his side to the winning party. That is why Ukyo is observing and will make his finally choice later on. |

| Just a general impression about this anime since S1. Crazy scientist vibes - nice. Everything else is horribly unintelligent. Including: 1. People turning into stone... author could give a scientifically reasonable explanation for getting Senku into a stoneage... Actually, even truck-kun explanation would be better as it is not pretentious. 2. Cosmonauts arc - they could descend but couldn't save the civilization by at least having more kids and educating them properly? Really? 3. Fighting Tsukasa with 6-year-olds tricks... Season 2 looks ridiculous to me. |

| Chrome is in danger as he is captured by Ukyo and is now in confrontation with Tsukasa himself. On the other side of the domain, Senku had a crazy idea and he and the whole village has built the STEAM ENGINE. Ukyo is actually good and manages to save Chrome, concealing his purpose and is also managed to be saved by Tsukasa with that long javelin throw. Also how the hell did Chrome manage to hear their conversation when he's literally tens of feets below the guys...with the waterfall being a loud background noise. I don't know because...IT'S ANIME?!!! |

| This anime is just irresistible. It is getting interesting day by day. Chrome is surely intelligent. He handled the situation well witted. However his big was in the way. Lucky that Ukyo is up to something. Looks like Ukyo is on the side of science but got stuck with Tsukasa. But he will be a twist in this series. Senku just made something impossible. They made engine. No doubt they will make a car very soon. Who knows what will they make! Hail Science Empire. |

| Chrome has some guts not giving in while hanging like that. I'm most curious about Ukyo's current motives. He seems like a smart guy so he's probably deciding what side to go with similar to what Gen did. |

| Ukyo doesn't seem to be the type to hurt anyone from the looks of it. If he did, he would've done so at the beginning. Nikki did say that not all of them want to worship Tsukasa. Maybe deep down Ukyo does not like Tsukasa at all. Maybe he's just probably figuring out which side is more worth it. *shrugs* LOL "we're talking about Chrome [x2]" hahaha! |
| TBH, at first when I saw the wheel, I thought they were going with "Flintstones" cars (being stone age...) where you use your feet to move the car... But I totally forgot what this series was about... and BAM, engines and steam-car. |
