| Really, can this god-like power even allow to exist? If this happened in reality, the fearsome Tatsuya would be feared by the majority and would want to be taken down by many people. But some would be scared of him and under his control. Even though it's so far-fetch, I love and enjoy this anime series very much and want to see more since it is full of surprises. |

Tbh I didn't like his suit at first, but we got a better view of it this episode and I agree. He looks good. Perfect match to Miyuki :3 |

| It's really nice that a Sakura series became the sibling's guardians again. Shame that people who didn't read the novel wouldn't know how emotionally attached the siblings are to them since they didn't adapt Vol. 8. I wonder why many more years we have to wait for season 3 (Vol. 12). |

| Even after the final scene I'm left to wonder why Minami was at all included in this arc. She didn't really do anything particularly useful to the plot and we didn't learn anything about her either. Same goes for the two kids from the previous episode, as the boy didn't even get to meet Tatsuya. Since there's already the movie a beach episode would be moot, but how about just a Sunday outing with everyone before the new school year? That would have felt nice. |

| Hmm. Although these last three episodes were pretty good, there are some problems with the season as a whole: - The primary arc's mysticism-heavy plotline is pretty bad. - The visual quality is a notable downgrade compared to the prequel. - The ecchi level seems to have been slightly increased. The general tone of the series and action/exposition/comedy ratio is pretty consistent with what came before however (shifted a bit more toward comedy maybe?), and the characters don't act as uncharacteristically as they do in the movie (which is a sequel to this), so it's not a total loss. |

| I actually enjoyed this season more than the first, mostly because of Lina and Tatsuya. It might also be that all the magic gibberish went over my head when I watched the first season in 2014 Although I still would love to understand exactly how everything works more, it seems like I'll have to read the LN for that, which I, unfortunately, won't do because I'm not that big of a fan yet. I also have a hard time as it is reading the Index novels when it comes to the technical explanations so I'll have to pass this But aside from that, the animation was decent, with some very low budget shots but some fairly decent ones. Which is understandable because of how the year has been. They announced a Miyuki spinoff which is a shame because they should've just continued adapting the main series when they have 20+ novels left to adapt. But overall 7/10 (6.7 but I round everything above .5 upwards) |

| Tatsuya had to pull off a big move to save the tower from collapse, but he was able to do it, and it was a pretty nice sight to see his powers put the building together again, piece by piece. As expected, it took a lot out from him, which did lead to a cute moment with him resting on Miyuki. =3 Overall, I enjoyed this second season as much as the first. Lina was an intriguing and cute character to watch and how Tatsuya dealt with her and her superiors. Visuals and animation was, for the most part, very good, aside from the odd low budget shots here and there. 8/10 is my overall score. |
| Slow start to the season but in the end, it was a pretty good 7/10 for me. Really hyped for the Miyuki spinoff tho... xD |

| Nice, Godsuya managed to save the day with the power of incest again =D Heck, Tatsuya and Miyuki should get married already if they are this close and beat oreimo at its own game 6/10 better than 1st season |

| There were certainly things I enjoyed about the anime, but it felt very all over the place and inconclusive. I suppose a third season will explain more, but the quality and pacing of this season was terrible compared to its predecessor. |

| Awful filler arc. They should used the last 2 episodes to improve the pacing from the canon arc. Anyway, I was going to give this season the same score as season 1 but these last two episodes were....ahhhh. 5/10 for the anime. |

| This was definitely a step down across the board from the previous season which I really enjoyed. I wasn't the biggest fan of this arc in the light novels either, but it still wasn't very well adapted. They also changed the Double Seven introduction of Kasumi and Izumi for no discernible reason. Can we please have Madhouse back for a season 3? |

| Peaceful ending. Now that Minami will live with them, Miyuki gained a third wheel to deal with XD But I don't get one thing did the parasite case end just like that? Or does it have anything to do with the Tokyo Offshore Tower? I hope it gets anyother season. |

He has very few powers (Elemental Sight, Flash Cast, Anti-Magic, Destruction/Decomposition, and Restoration), the ones he has are simply incredibly strong. |
Not that I didnt notice this before, but wow Miyuki is beautiful. And she even got her "own" anime announced! Looking forward to that. Afaik its the story but from her POV, maybe that will help to fill some gaps. Tech Jesus showed again why he earned the name. Aside from that not much interesting stuff. The season started quite well imo but got weaker over time. Its clear they had to cut too much material, unfortunately this made the payoff of the anime quite weak. For a story like this which has so much "politics" and storylines it just ends up lacking overall when you miss too much explanation, most of the time I ended up wondering "why should we care? Is this important? Who is that again?" TLDR: Rushed adaption. The first season probably had the same issues but the novelty factor made it less obvious. Thinking "wow Godsuya is cool" works there but isnt enough to carry this one. 6/10 becuase its still decent enough and you likely want to watch it simply because its a sequel anyway. To add to this, the overall production quality of the first season isnt worse even though its 6 years old. Apparently this arc was entirely filler even so they rushed the shit out of the canon arc??! Wtf is even the point of Minami? Apparently some version of her used to live with them, but was this ever brought up in the anime? Did she even do anything at all? Instead of fleshing out the family politics which are important for the story we get scenes with her for no reason at all. Quite a lot of scenes make no sense in the anime because the explanation or rather reason for them are never mentioned at all. Also why is this released after the movie when the movie is set after the main arc of this season? I want to like the show but this really isnt selling the LN to me at all. Its not as bad as Index 3 .. but its close, too close. @svet is there really just one arc left? After this season I still dont understand where we stand at all. Like most of the buildup is still missing. @-Mahesvara I see people mentioning this often, but when did this actually happen? They even made a great original 3 years ago. |

| I love Minami's reaction to jumping off the building though haha. Tatsuya had his limits, but luckily he saved the building from collapsing. Saegusa is so cute! Minami looks so cute in the school uniform. |

Like most of the buildup is still missing. sorry, I was under the impression they skipped a number of volumes before going to the arc in season 2, turns out they only skipped 1 volume set in the past which might help explain Miyuki's affections for her brother (also gives a reason to care about Minami that was introduced in these last 2 episodes). It has just been too long since the first season and . There are still lots of arcs left (in fact the series still continues in the sequel LN series) just that I feel they might just choose to skip straight to the last few volumes/arcs to satisfy the LN readers and boost sales for the sequel LN series. By the way, the movie was more or less canon, an original story probably set after this season (similar to SAO's 1hr movie some years back before the GGO arc), likely made to stay relevant, please LN readers and make new viewers curious about Lina enough to watch this season. |

| Watching this was painful if I'm being honest. It feels like there was tons and tons of exposition that amounted to what in the end, really? The parasite incident lasted a massive 10 episodes, incredibly dragged out for no reason. Then there was this arc that I didn't care for either. This new characrer Minami was thrown in and she got BARELY any screen time nor any real chance for development because why? Because 2 episodes for an arc isn't enough; it was essentially slapped on, which made it pointless in the end. Mahouka S2 just wasn't for me. I swear the first season of it was way better. |

| Very solid second season. The demons arc wasn't as interesting to me as season 1 school arcs but overall was up to the quality as I expected. Seeing that ending gives me hope that they will eventually make a third addition. |

| The only word that comes to mind after finishing this season is DISAPPOINTMENT. After watching and loving the first season, I was completely disappointed with how this season has played out. The multiple conflicts seemed rushed then completely forgotten when they moved on to the next. A couple examples are how we didn't hear anything become of the parasites, Pixie the parasite/robot wasn't mentioned again and nothing substantial came from the character of Lina. Another couple disappointments were that they failed to bring in the characters from last season like the students and the student council. Basically the high school aspect of this show was almost completely forgotten. The words "high school" are in the title for crying out loud. This season really felt rushed and jumbled, leaving out characters that I really wanted to see develop with Tatsuya. Not too mention that Tatsuya's badass level decreased a lot from the last season and I believe that's why a lot of people loved this show. Hopefully they give next season 26 episodes again so they can take their time and tell a better cohesive story. I give this season a 6.9/10 |

| I like the series but I didn't enjoy this Visitor arc. The plot was all over the place and rushed for the most part. Even the new character Lina made no real impact on the story while most characters from the previous season had very little input. Not sure if this last 3 episodes had any real meaning apart from introducing Ayako, Fumiya and Minami. |
