| That was a crazy ride. Ace came to Wano when he first set out to sea, White Beard was concerned about casualties so he didn't challenge Kaido (which almost seems like a slight retcon compared to what Marco said previous), Tama and Momo now know about the connection between Ace and Roger, and Ace and Luffy. And Kaido is a fish. Huh. That's interesting. This is such a rollercoaster. I really hope we get another chapter before the New Year, but even if we don't that's okay. I'm definitely looking forward to chapter 1000. It's going to be nuts. |

| Another fantastic chapter that just had to happen before the biggest one Those Ace and Yamato moments were very cool to see and so was Marcos flashback while he was carrying Zoro up Wow that was really unexpected at the end, no wonder Kaido can't kill himself he literaly has fishmen power inside of him Big Mom wanting to capture Nico Robin alive is a damn smart move but it most likely will fail pretty fast. Next chapter might be Rocks reveal for real Well fellow One Piece fans get ready because next time we meet in this forum we will be discussing something that might be most hyped up thing in Manga community for a quite some time. |

| What a chapter damn!!! Started with Ace and Yamato's backstory which was funny and great. Both Tama and Momo learned that Ace and Luffy are brothers at the same time. Tama learning about Luffy and Ace's relationship is something I was really looking forward to and glad it finally happened. Marco remembering about ace made me tear up a bit. Wow Big mom thinks of Kaido as her brother? Also she's the one who gave him his devil fruit huh and looks like they are really serious about getting One Piece. |

But more importantly, Kaido was some person who ate the fish-fruit, then became a dragon? daamn! That ending basically made me understand POKÉMON!! Magikarp turns into Gyarados because it's in the folklore! The same happened to Kaido! Damn, Luffy would have such an easy time dealing with Kaido if he still was just some stupid Magikarp. I wonder if we are going to get Kaido's fish-form revealed in some sort of flashback? Also, how did he evolve? I doubt he just ate it and became a dragon instantly. Probably was just some fish at first... right? |

| So many bomb shells in this chapter, so many in fact that despite everyones comments, no one even mentioned about the "D" that was teased in this chapter as Yamato looked at kaido's journal. So many moving parts Ace and Yamato's relationship, Big mom giving kaido the Koi Koi fruit, Big mom mentioning to keep robin alive, the Will of D referenced again, Whitebeard and evan Blackbeard shown, Tama's Plan, more talk about Rocks, Kaido and Big mom going after the one piece. If all of these things lead into the next chapter. CH 1000 is going to be NUTS!!! |

Robin is in danger too, Big Mom is watching her. I didn't really expect the fish fruit for Kaido, but it's not the first marine fruit that appears. And, damn, Oda completely destroyed my Big Mom x Kaido ship with this "I saw you as a little brother" business. Great chapter, looking forward to chapter 1000, which I think will be about the mystery of the D. since Yamato talked about it in the end and had Oden's diary in hand. |

| Kaido being a mythical fish that can turn into a dragon is alot more cool than i would've thought, pretty neat of Oda. Sadly not much aside that reveal happened BUT rocks pirates flashback next? That would make for an epic chapter, one can hope. |

I'm a big fan of the flashback and how it was really enjoyable despite being short. It looks like there's another flashback for the next chapter and I'm not complaining. | ACE T.T It was nice to see him again, even if it was only for a short flashback. We got some great stuff in this chapter in addition to the Ace/Yamato flashback. Tama and Momo finally know about Luffy and Ace's connection, Yamato casually referenced the "D," and the last part of the chapter with Big Mom and Kaido was hype af. We now know Kaido's Devil Fruit, and we even got more Rocks teasing. Idk if Oda is planning to drop a Rocks flashback next chapter, but whatever we end up getting, it'll surely be fire. We're reaching a huge milestone next week, it still doesn't seem real, but let's end the year strong! |

| Here it is folks, Chapter 999 of One Piece. Damn, one can say it's been ages since the manga has continued. The people who started this at the very beginning might be wondering when this'll end. Lol. Loved the chapter and especially the tiny information at the end. Kaido knows Robin can read the Poneglyph. Also, nice to see Ace again. |
