| I think this is expected because this series is getting considered as old anime. And people's taste and preference are like, for the lack of better word, "evolving". What I mean is, as 2000s-2010s anime, sure this may look very epic but for near 2020s, not so much anymore. |

| There's definitely trolls on this site but for something that's rated at 9+ it's going to be much harder to keep the ratings up, because rating it any less than a 10 would bring down its score. As good as the series is, just for the fact that it's heartbreakingly sad might make someone not give it a 10. |

Even forgetting the discussion if it was emotionally manipulative or not, if the ending ruined the show or not, the first 8 or 9 episodes were absolutely pointless and forgettable, they added nothing relevant, and they were just too much for a 24 episode show. |
