| Dio (JoJo) - Very entertaining. Great to see somebody enjoying being evil that much. Griffith (Berserk) - Did nothing wrong (except maybe one thing, but whatever) Phantom Troupe (HunterxHunter) - It's very rare to see a villain group in anime that doesn't try to backstab each other constantly. Fantastic characters individually too. Meruem (HunterxHuner) - Best character arc. |
| Dang I will admit kind of hard for me to choose but I guess I'll go with probably one of my faves and also one alot of people in the anime community will know. Sosuke Aizen from Bleach (and pretty much all the others inc Espada's, Xcution, movies, fillers ,ect)  Father from FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood & The Homunculi's (FMA,FMAB) (my top fave being Greed/Greedling)   and if he counts Alucard from Hellsing and Hellsing Ultimate although I guess he might be more of an Anti Villain  although I guess this is too many. and sorry for two of them being Deviantart pics I will admit they are pretty good (leaps and bounds better than my own and also the only ones that I could find that shows all of them) |

| Miyo Takano. She's absolutely a terrible person through and through, and that's what I like in her as a villain. No sad backstory or "seeing the light" or anything to try and romanticize her. |

| Griffith from Berserk. He is the most complex, well written and interesting villain ever. That becomes much clearer in the manga however, but the 1997 anime is still enough to give him a #1 spot for me. |
| Frieza, because of great iconic design. He's ruthless as well as entertaining. Had a great build up towards the battle against him. |

| Pain and Itachi from Naruto. Pain being the better of the two because of his whole attitude. I really liked him as a character. Ulquiorra, Aizen, Grimmjow from bleach. Ulquiorra being the better of the three. I know a lot of people hate these anime for whatever reason, but they definitely have great characters. |
