| I was slut shamed when I lost weight in high school. I ended up getting my braids snatched out of my head by some random guy at school, a trash can being dumped on me once a week, losing a job because someone made a fake Myspace about me, no friends, and getting jumped by two girls which lead to me leaving senior year early. I won't explain to you what it was, because you can look that up. I'm just telling you what can happen as a result of it. |

I don't find these qualities very attractive or desirable myself, but I would never shame someone because of it - that's just messed up. So long as it doesn't harm anyone, people should be allowed to do whatever they want without having obnoxious asshats putting them down for it. |

There is a difference between judging someone, and actively targeting them in a hostile manner and putting them down for no reason other than the fact that you don't approve of them. I am by no means in support of political correctness; in fact, I think it's a threat to freedom of speech, but treating other people like shit because of harmless behaviour is just distasteful and in bad character. There is nothing wrong with criticizing someone for being promiscuous because of the dangers it would put them in and all the drama they would stir up but there are better ways to do it.
