| I feel like there's no plot.. Things are just happening but why? How did this get to this point? It feels like there's just random things happening for no reason and nothing ever gets explained. I was excited for a new story at first, but I feel like it's being executed so poorly. And what is up with the fight scenes. They all look so awkward. |

| Soo...are people still trying to justify this after this episode? Animation was bad. Like World Break episode 1 bad. They've taken all the parts from the Dr.Kanou arc and just threw them into Cochlea for the hell of it. The story has like zero focus now. I'm actually surprised they didn't throw Kaneki's manga team (minus Kaneki) into the mix just because. All of Kaneki's character development is gone. It's just gone, gone...completely nonexistent. Remember that Kaneki who formed his own team, became an expert strategist and information broker, kicked ass in fights, then when he lost, practiced and read and practiced more to learn from his mistakes and greatly improve his technique? Yea...that fucking badass doesn't exist anymore. Now we have a Kaneki who literally did nothing but be a support character on missions for 3 episodes, and then all of a sudden can go half kakuja. We'll just totally erase his characterization that explained he ate dozens and dozens of ghouls over x period of time. We still have the Kuro x Shiro vs Juzou fight going on, but at this point it's guaranteed that they are going to brush over that fight insanely fast and probably show very little, if any, of the backstory connecting the 3 of them. The ONE thing in this entire show they changed that I kind of liked, was the Shinohara vs Ayato fight, with Shinohara activating the Arata. Now at least one of the siblings knows what happened to their dad. It was a nice touch, but I like they way they presented it to readers in the manga better. In there they gave you bits and pieces (vaguely talk about Touka's dad, briefly mention he was a full kakuja, have CCG talk about the Arata armor, show Touka holding a wedding ring from her dad that says Arata inside of it), and then you put the picture together. I'm just glad that the manga is already over and done with and fully fleshed out. Because this is the story Ishida originally wanted to go with, but changed his mind and wrote the manga the way it is now. Honestly this story is terrible, if Ishida still thinks this version is better than what he already wrote he's a fucking fool. Aside from the ending of the manga, and the handful of things that haven't been fully developed in :re, the story was masterfully written. This on the other hand...just...no. |

| This episode was alright. I know that it's an alternate plot than the manga, but the manga scenes leading up to the fights shown in this anime built it up a lot better I feel. Also, something about the sound and animation seemed off to me, as if there should have been a certain sound effect when there wasn't one, particularly during the fight scenes. I'm not sure if that's just me, but there was something that just didn't seem quite right. |

| There was a whole lot happening this episode and that seemed like the Kanou Lab Raid arc and Kanekipede already!? That seemed a bit rushed, also the art seemed lacking OST was great though and ED art was spot on. Loved seeing more of aogiri and naki too but I need me more Kaneki screentime |

| Ahh..finally. Something interesting happen. I feel bored about last two episodes since it feels to a bit slice and life to me but this one is certainly better. Aogiri and Kaneki scene never bore me. |

| If I'm gonna be honest I was kinda disappointed with this episode. Amon's action scenes were kind of boring. The music when the fighting was happening got repetitive and the animation wasn't the best. But, the Aogiri infiltrating the prison was a good idea :). An OK episode but should have been better. |

| Wow, amazing episode! Best one so far. Not sure why the butthurt here, especially coming from those that read the manga. Yes, they skipped some stuff but they left in and adapted all the important stuff quite well. I'm not sure why people are complaining about them leaving stuff out when this is an alternative route anyway. You should be grateful that they kept it at least the important parts of the manga. Yes, some scenes were slightly rushed, but what can you expect from a 20 min episode. |

| well, i think this episode is not that bad. i like how ayato fights against his dad's kakuja, arata. it was a great detail. and im hoping they wont skip suzuya's past. if they skip, that time anime will crap. about kaneki's situation, i think that was something has to be. i mean, we cant see the development part while the other action parts still remain. thats normal for an anime which has just 12 episodes but manga which has 143 chapters. the other issue is where the hell is tsukiyama, bitches ?!!!!!!! looks like more ayato means less tsukiyama -.- |

| I'm having a lot of trouble trying to figure out exactly what direction Ishida is trying to take this show towards. Okay, so Kaneki joined Aogiri to protect his friends and all that, yet at the first real raid that they perform, he gets dumped into the Cochlea and then tries to pick a fight with the very Ghoul that he was assigned to free, what exactly is his purpose again? He seems to have lost it completely... Then the Eto revelation at the end of the Kaneki beat-down.... how the heck would Eto know Kaneki's relation to Rize already? Not explained at all... Then again, the whole Cochlea raid was already weird to begin with... Whats with a maximum security prison having such shit defensive capabilities??? This is a facility that houses SS and above Ghouls, you would think they put up equally powerful staff around to maintain law and order in the place, eh? Why does it seem like apart from Amon and Mado, absolutely NO ONE in the facility can stand up against even the lower-grade SS Ghouls? I'm really looking forward to the fight between the twins and Juzou. Their past connection seems like a good story to tell too.... Really hoping that they don't mess it up.... |

All ghouls are kept on RC suppressants, the building itself is structured so that escape is impossible, and the walls are made from quinque steel. Also, all high-class investigators have other duties, like filling up the prison cells with even more ghouls. About the second part: firstly, SS-ranked ghouls are no joke. S-ranked are hard as it is, and only special class investigators can go toe-to-toe with SS-ranked. Amon and Akira cannot handle SS ghouls. Cochlea's assault was never focused on in the manga, it was just implied - Eto and Tatara were leading it, so there really wasn't much the CCG could do without its key figures, like Arima and Shinohara. |

| Was it just me or was the sound in this episode sub par? The sound effects seemed bare minimum and the soundtrack didn't seem to fit at all. I was so underwhelmed that part of me is suspicious that the version I watched is different to the actual one (I watched it on kissanime) |
