| Since it's New Years and this question might deem fitting, do people do a self reflection of themselves once in a while, such as review the recent situations you've been put in and make an assessment on how well you handled yourself in these situations? Do you actively consider the good and bad things you've done and how you might do differently the next time? Do you review what you've learned throughout a certain recent time period and how these things can impact your life? |

Sometimes it's better that way. Issues can be made a whole lot worse than they are if you sit down with yourself and analyse them. Not everyone is good at judging themselves accurately and making changes. Self reflection can be a very vicious cycle. |
