| Finally seen it. First scene is full win, and reminded me again y i hate this adaption. Overall its quite okayish for teh beginnin'. It still feels as it doesnt give enough time for teh other characters, even teh vn wasnt teh strongest in dat one point. Its really a good thing we get at least 3 episodes compared to teh other crap, still too fast and bright for my taste and doesnt build dat needed atmosphere. But lets wait on teh other two episodes. We wont get teh endin' and they hopefully skip dat . To at least end it with emotions i felt after teh flashback. Also Anime Kazuki is even moar annoyin', her style confuses also teh hell of me, but nothin' unexpected on dat front. It also had teh explanations for teh accident, lol. Not bad 8bit, i totally thought ya would skip dat xD Besides teh awesome Sachi scene at teh beginnin': Great endin', i actually like it. :o so 3/5 for now. Its gonna get interestin' how they handle teh next problematic parts |
| At last, the long awaited amane route. Imo they could have fit some scenes in before amane went and got the AH diary, (No, i do not mean H-scenes, they'd have to exclude them since Amane's route is basically 25% sex). ''The Girlfriend Enigma'' for example... but it worked out fine to jump straight to the point either way, most likely because i want to see Yuuji 'confess' to her, i sorta expect/predict that at some point where angelic howl ends (which is quite obvious & not really related to AH, story wise.) might i be expecting too much? | Is anyone else bothered by the similarities of the characters to Bakemonogatari? I get annoyed when my some of my favourite characters just seem to be acting in an inferior show. |

I am disappointed that they have no character. Had the characters looked nothing like Senjougahara, Mayoi and Shinobu, I would have still disliked the characters. But seeing them in this show just makes me cringe; that's all. |

| Yuuji is..interesting. Most people would either focus on "rape" and immediately deny everything without a clue whats going on, or simply be too perplex to do anytihng. Yuuji just wants to clarify who she is speaking about so he can properly assess the situation. I can also see where Yuuji got his personality..seems to run in the family. |
| I didn't think too much of Amane earlier since none of the episodes gave her more than a minute or two of screen time, but after this episode I can totally understand how she's the best girl. The beginning was really sweet. |

| Excellent episode, I like the understanding between Yuuji and Amane, a quick progression in the relationship between the two, a request for dating with a kiss and strange conditions Finally is being revealed the past of Amane and its relation with Yuuji's sister, I am very curious to know how this story will continue .. |

| Saved the best arc for last. I liked this episode. That kissing scene was so hot. (O , O) Amane accepts the conditions in becoming Yuuji's girlfriend. She tells her the truth why she wanted to be his girlfriend and leaves Yuuji in shock. Some flashbacks of Amane and Kazuki during the time of the accident. Seems good. |

| Loli Amane is kawaii ... so's the onee-sama Kazuki we see in this episode. I wonder if she had survived if she'd be competing with Amane in the boob department. I have a feeling Amane will cement her status as Best Girl with this arc. I did enjoy Michiru, but damn her arc was weird with the whole 'Buried Alive' thing. And Makina as well, I really want to see the H scenes with her that were in the game. Maybe I can find some CGs ... Anyway, I like how aggressive Amane is with her teasing, and that rack, OMG. I have a feeling shit's gonna get a whole lot darker next episode, like some Lord of the Flies type shit. Though I have trouble believing that a bus full of cute schoolgirls could go flying off the road during a trip and nobody would come looking for them. Exactly how much of Japan is covered in dangerous jungle, anyhow? Ah well, let's hope Oppai-sama's arc makes up for the subpar ones and they come up with some way to tie things together at the end. Oh yeah, I had to chuckle when our hero claimed that Amane was his first kiss ... if we're assuming that the series is linear, and there's been no real reason not to, he's already had a pretty hot forced kiss with Makina-chan. |

| LMAO some of "teh" comments here are ridiculous. had more fun reading the comments than watching the episode. I pretty sure 8bit's not gonna butcher this to much given we still have 3 eps, and if they piss us off from beginning to end the second season is destined to bomb. |

| Kazukiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! Sorry, had to get that out. Anyway, i am very content with how this episode was handled. Amane spilled the beans immediately after Yuuji asked - the way it should have been. In the VN, it takes alot longer to get to this point, and it was a random and lucky initiation anyway - basically Yuuji overheard some girls talk about Amane and call her ''cockroach''. This was one of the reasons Amane's not far up in my top characters list. If Yuuji hadn't heard that and asked Amane, was she ever going to tell him? Anyway, i hope they don't cut out her saying that she doesn't really love Yuuji, since those two didn't have development in the anime anyway. Angelic Howl is looking good (dat Kasabuta soundtrack). Looks like it'll be covering 3 whole episodes, meaning there's plenty of time to do everything properly. Kazuki's greatness has only just begun. Nice ending song by the way, very chill. Can anyone tell me the name? 5/5. By the way, why does JB seem so much cuter in the anime? LonelyWizard said: Cabbage? Well played. |

| So we are finally getting backstory on Yuuji's sister! I wondered from the first episode if we were ever going to get an explanation on how she died. His sister is definitely a female version of him though. I really don't trust Amane! I think she has an ulterior motive on why she is revealing all this stuff to him about his sister. I'm really enjoying this anime and I really liked the beginning of this arc so far. |

 Wow. Color me surprised. IMO that was a very strong start to Amane's route (not that I've played the VN). We got some solid humor with Sachi, DAT KISS, and Kazuki (Yuuji's sister) who is without a doubt the best girl. Good pacing so far that really gave us a chance to understand Kazuki. The backstory invovling Amane and Kazuki's past with the bus accident is actually very intriguing and I can already foresee the devastation/massive amount of PMSing that will ensue. Bring it on. |
