| me and my friend were talking about this last night while watching gundam wing.... so basically, this isn't down to specific anime characters or real-life people, it's just who you prefer on a level of attraction |

| Well if we take the matter only in optical attraction we can feel as we see them in there individual worlds with out considering all the benefits that a real girl has just because she is obviously real, then i guess they are both the same for me. Watching a petty girl in a picture or walking by the street and seeing a nice image of a sexy anime girl are both cool. Off course after that the real girl will win for obvious reasons but i guess we are not talking about that. |

| Anime girls, being fictitious, are obviously able to have far more perfect characters, without the usual annoying flaws that real people have. Though a lot of anime characters still have them (irrational bad tempers, sluttiness, cluelessness and more) -- these traits are often considered desirable in anime, even. Though I think it's just because they're only being watched, not actually having to be dealt with in real life. But I still don't see how bitches, sluts and idiots are seen as moe or whatever else. Fucking weird otaku fetishes. |

| The fact that the 'anime' option has votes makes me sad. But that it has almost as many votes as 'real-life' is *far* too disturbing for my little, innocent mind. Still, I'm reminded of the 3D Simpsons episode, where Homer gets transported into our world... it was the first time I realized how truly warped and deformed cartoons are, in terms of proportions and such. And if I saw a girl with eyes size of a tennis ball, I'd probably run away screaming. |

They always have great looking hair (in the animes I watch at least). They all seem to prefer wearing dresses and skirts, which few if any women in the real world seem to prefer in my part of the planet at least. They are usually ideally fit looking and hey I can enjoy that. Reality often sucks. Anime girls are always so ideal. They have behaviours and personalities no ordinary man could pass up. Anime girls only fail in one way, they are not real. And when you're horny, and want to get it on, well let's face it, you won't be screwing an image. |
