| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well that was intense, for a pool game at least. Overall a good episode and a drunk Aoko made me laugh more than I had thought. Anyways, since it's Kaito playing, it's obvious that he'd show off a bit. I find his style to be pretty fun in dealing with the grownups. |

| That old guy's bar. Billiard stick with diamonds? It was originally his, but lost to a player, so Kaito is stealing it back. Magic to change dress! Getting into another guy's bar that uses the old guy's friend. Kaito playing even though he doesn't know the rule. That friendship girl is drunk and gave him luck back. It's like a magic trick (lol @ string)! Does that friend notice the trick? Mamo (previously Ishida-san)'s character is coming soon! |

| Did Kaitou seriously just changed Aoko's clothes (manually) under the cover? She wasn't even half the mad she was supposed to be for him touching her butt! From this instance, I'd say Kaitou has always been lucky from the beginning. Anyways, the billiard match was great. Tsuujirou is quite the genuine hustler. I particularly loved that spinning shot he made after Kaitou purposely messed up in the beginning. For a moment, Kaitou's last shot seemed too unrealistic but once the invisible strings were shown, it was obvious. Pretty sure he lined them up while spinning the cue stick. Once again, very clever. Drunk Aoko = Best Aoko. Her piano skills were pretty damn awesome too! Good episode, but I do want to see Tsuujirou vs. Kaitou on a billiard match someday without any outside tricks. |

| What an expensive billiard stick! Liked how Kaito and Aoko ordered ice cream while trying to pass as university students :P I thought there was no alcohol but it was entertaining to see Aoka drunk! Making the cue ball jump over the other balls ^^ Kaito officially winning even if magic was used. The gang going back on their words though, I would too if I see the ball jumping! |

| I knew something was rigged with the ball turning without even hitting something. It is pretty much blatant cheating when they have shown the wires. Next episode, the detective is here. Can't wait to see him torment Kaito. |

| Liked this episode a lot as it gave some backstory for Jii. I always thought Jii deserved much more development in the specials (the specials didn't adapt this story) and the whole episode just felt... what's the right word... "classy". Love it. |
| Wow. I really enjoyed this episode. And the billiard game was intense. And Kaito being smooth as ever (funny when he ordered an ice cream!). I've got to say the billiard ball game was animated quite nicely. Or maybe it was just me.. |

| Awesome episode! The first two episodes seemed less intense compared to the specials, but they were still enjoyable. This episode though has nice pacing and incorporated the humour which made me adore the manga, while showing Kaito's cool, gentleman side despite being quite the joker. Loved how drunk Aoko is pretty honest with her feelings for Kaito, and the last bit where Kaito lets her win on purpose. Too bad they didn't show Aoko's dad getting her drunk. It was pretty hilarious in the manga. Overall a really enjoyable episode. Hopefully the next few will be just as great or better :) |
| Damn Kaito is such a cheater and here I thought he just played bad on purpose to lure them into the bet >.> Anyway... Weren't the martinis without alcohol? Was Aoko actually drunk or was it just "placebo-drunk"? Either way it was quite awesome :D |
