So, watching 'Bakemonogatari' I was getting vague memories of 2 different anime shows, I'd love to see if someone can help me name them: 1. (Edit: Resolved!) A 'weekly mystery' type anime with somewhat of a horror feel to it about a bunch of what I have to describe as 'weird people' banishing evil spirits of sorts. All I specifically recall is a short-oldish guy who kept saying 'the deed is done' after the group banishes a demon. I also recall some sort of an 'inn'. Note: this is an older show, I watched it perhaps a decade ago. 2. Some anime that is very much like Bakemonogatari (a school with weird mysteries going about), the only main point I recall from it is that there's a 'hologram girl' that thinks she's real and then realizes she isn't and her computer-power(?) is the big evil that needs to be vanquished at the end. I'm quite positive it was in the harem genre, but can't be sure. I recall the big finale is taking place on some sort of a highway-bridge against this hologram-girl's 'essence' or something along those lines. Note: for some reason I keep thinking this is a subplot of 'A Certain Magical Index' but I can't for the life of me find that in there so I'm probably wrong. Well, hopefully someone can come up with ideas. I tried Google with many various key-words used but can't seem to hit anything (and went through all the recommendations for Bakemonogatari to see if I get lucky). Thanks in advance! |

http://myanimelist.net/anime/44/Rurouni_Kenshin:_Meiji_Kenkaku_Romantan_-_Tsuiokuhen This is the prequel to the main show 'Kenshin' (but it is in almost all respects far better than the full show). 4 episodes of brilliant OVA. |

Art style looks different too. Actually, I'm gonna try to find that chapter and see if it matches. I remember Sawako falling asleep on him while they were sitting on stairs. You may wanna try http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=81860&show=7100 that thread on the manga side instead. You'll probably have a better chance since manga readers may be on it more |

Also states next to the picture (http://www.zerochan.net/909520 - since they removed the direct image) that it is the 2 main characters. I can only assume the manga art style shifts or perhaps the main characters undergo a 'style change' as part of the plot or something. |

Nah, Kimi ni Todoke's art has pretty much been consistent throughout the whole manga, and if there were changes, it was probably very little. Well, the first one was answered, so we can get that outta the way :P |

As for the 2nd, it looks absolutely nothing like Kimi ni Todoke lol Or are you actually referring to the 1st pic? The first pic was answered with Last Game, the one that looks like Sawako. The 2nd looks nothing like Kimi ni Todoke, and looks a bit more cutesy. I'm confusing myself. |

so this might seem like an odd mention but this has been on my mind for a while and the description might seem to vague so ill try my best. when i was younger i saw an anime on the television. it was a sci fi anime that talked about multi universe time line. all i really remember now is i must have seen it between 2000-2007. the animation was great quality for its time and it for some reason reminded me of ergo proxy. the only two scenes i remember of it was a small house and the main characters talking infront of it in the grass and it showing the time travel multi universe scene with a black background and a family tree kind of pattern. i've tried to look for this and i don't even know if it was just a movie. thank you for anyone reading this and has put some thought into it. |

Looking for the anime/manga where tens/hundreds of people (girls i think) are practicing the 'nandeyanen' tsukkomi motion. They put on these armbands with springs on them to help them train their muscles for the tsukkomi motion (lol wth). What comes to mind is Hayate no Gotoku/Gintama/the manga Ai Kora.
