Anime & Manga Recommendations Rules

The following rules apply only to the Anime & Manga Recommendations board in addition to the Site & Forum Guidelines and take precedence whenever there is a conflict.

Do not bump threads more than two weeks old that were started by someone other than you.

Before making a new topic, please:

There are many ways a user can find recommendations for series before using this board:
1. the recommendations on the anime/manga pages (e.g. Death Note).
2. the top anime or top manga pages, which also include the most popular series.
3. the advanced search function (e.g. the highest rated Action-Shounen series).
If you can't find any useful recs above, please search this board using the forum search function. Common things like "romance anime" have been asked many times before.
If you still can't find anything, you may create a new topic. Please use a descriptive title so other users may search out your thread for similar recommendations in the future.
