| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This is awesome. Just be aware anime only viewers that the OP song has some spoiler scenes. The OP song is awesome with CHASIN as the main theme song imo. Erza is still awesome too. Her character design looked a little odd but whatever. The characters still looks great. I mean, those eyes :O This is the direct continuation from Magic Games arc. Still, Sabertooth's master pisses me off. Best part of the episode imo is when STING blew a hole into that punk. Poor Lector. Natsu is pretty funny to watch too. Looks like they are using the original OST. Nice. |

| Finally, FT is back! :D New art, different a little from the last, Dunno how I feel about it yet. I liked the OP (Even with its spoilers :P) Poor Kitty. ;_; That old geezer got what was coming to him. >_< Finally, the dragon graveyard cave. Now, they will get some answers.. I say they did pretty well so far, imo. |

| Oh man, the feeling of watching Fairy Tail again... it's been a while. I was under the impression that it would be a restart and not a continuation though. Either way would've worked for me now that I think about it. Series feel more colorful overall now (especially with the great animation value) and it probably won't take too long to get used to the new character designs.. except for maybe Wendy's hair color. Also, that punch on Sabertooth's Guild Master felt so right. They didn't reveal the mysterious girl either, and I'm still curious about this entire dragon.. mayhem.. aftermath thingy. But first, the Magic Games of course. Not a fan of the OP, but I'm all for the ED. Don't get me wrong though. The OP is pretty catchy. |

| I like the opening song. It's very catchy. I hope I get to see the action I saw or action that is much more better. I get to see one of my favorite character again! The animation is improved. Yes! |

| Ahh that feeling of getting a readaptation of ur favourite manga, love it. I think it has a better 'thrill' to it loved both OP & ED but the OP isn't as fitting as the ED, liked the ED more. Snow said: Oh man, the feeling of watching Fairy Tail again... it's been a while. |
| I actually liked the way Erza looked in this, the new animation looks good. I'm glad sting punched his master that guy is a major dick. hmmm I'm not sure if the guy with the afro is a good guy or a bad guy, because previously he kind of seemed like a villain but in this it doesn't seem that way. btw on a random note I'm really glad Crunchyroll got this, this way I can watch it on my PS4. |

| The nalu is FINALLY obvious in the damn anime. Great way to start back the series, cant wait for all the action and to watch the story to continue to unfold. Fridays are even better now :) |
| It's good to be back! It felt like it continued perfectly from where the old one left off, got me all nostalgic. Anyways, a really good start, satisfied with the animation, voicing and all that, loved the way they just jumped right back into the thick of it and didn't bother with a bunch of annoying recapping. I loved Zirconis, super funny old man. I got a lot of my questions from last season answered, though I still don't know who the girl in the Zeref cape is, I might just be really slow with the uptake XD A little unhappy with all the Nalu, but what are you gonna do, loved Gajeel's new outfit, totally a good look for him, so sad about Lector, happy the old man is dead though, he was a jerk. All in all, I am super excited for next week's episode and for getting back into fairy tail!! ^_^ |

| Given that I didn't watch the PVs, the character designs for Lucy, Wendy, and Erza looked odd to me, but aside from that, I'm so glad this came back :) That ED, NaLu confirmed?!? The Sabertooth master absolutely got decimated by Sting...omg.. |

| Well helllllllo. Very strong start to the new Fairy Tail season! The character designs seem a little.. odd, but I'm sure it won't bother me as much as the season progresses. The amount of Natsu x Lucy was kind of crazy (I'm not a huge fan of Lucy.. ever) but I'm sure the shippers will be ecstatic. Additionally, I could have done without the constant self-spoiling in the episode (you can't even call it foreshadowing now) but it definitely will keep me watching until the end. 4.5/5. PS. Lector. :( |

| Same Fairy Tail I know, with all its spoilerific openings too. It's back on the same day too. Fairy Tail Fridays, yay! Overall, looks refined and they managed to fill this episode up with so much plot, that I actually feel satisfied after the long break. |

| Well that was worth waiting for... I had to go back and watch episode 175 just to get back up to speed as to where we were, since we have a little timeskipping back and forth in this episode. I could recall that things were going to go down, but that first scene took us right into the middle of it. I'm sure we'll get some semi-flashbacks to show us how Natsu and Lucy ended up in the middle of the apocalypse. The NaLu ship also seems to finally be on its way, although you could tell that it was building over the last few episodes of season one. In light of all the broad hints that there will be some deaths, I wonder if all the other ships will be safe. And just who is that mystery woman? |

| JoJo, Mushishi and Fairy Tail fridays, I could definitely get used to this permanently. Really liked the OP and the animation was bumped up a bunch too which is great to see. |
| I hate the Sabertooth guild leader T.T The origins of dragon slayers and the dragon war and the dragon king!!!! That prophecy... seeing Natsu fighting an army of dragons, I can't wait! Really glad to see the Fairy Tail again! |
