| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- After 3 weeks, I've finally acquired the last 5 episodes. Time to finish this awesome show. It was nice to see Yuuko and Watanuki back to their normal selves, since their personality in Ep 19 left a bitter taste in my mouth. And once again, the second half of this episode was intense and exciting to watch. |

| Um... wow o_o.... xxxHolic goes all over the board.... this episode makes it seem like a different show than the one in the last episode.... it went from funny and happy to pretty serious.... well I guess you should expect that from CLAMP ^^ |

| Once again the show focuses in on the hidden part of human nature. Watanuki gets another lesson in humanity from Yuko, and the lady murderer will end up forming her own prison as she hides in fear of cameras for the rest of her life. A fair punishment. Good episode, says me. |

I wonder why the woman couldn't destroy the photo by herself, though - then she would've escaped that punishment. Anyway, great episode, as always. Just another one that proves xxxHOLiC doesn't need loads of action or "horror" to be entertaining. |

Doumeki pisses me off he always always interrupts watanuki when hes doing something I mean come on its getting kinda annoying does he really have to be there ever second he's not at the shop wtf. I've never like Doumeki since the beginning of the series and I don't think I ever will he's just an ass |

| That episode was creepy as hell! This anime never fails to keep me tuned in 100% of the time! I think Yuko just sets up the scenes for every part of the show so well for me, it's hard to look away! Looking forward to the next! |

| Never cared for Valentines day episodes. Himawari is such an airhead, idk what he sees in her when there are better options all around him. His simping is so cringeworthy it's hard to watch. Can't believe she killed a friend over a chocolate. Damn. |

| When is the last time he has known her to act like everyone else? As long as it isn’t troubling, anyone else there’s no harm in being abnormal. She laughs at his suffering, I guess that’s what a flaca-apologist like him deserves. Back to the clock room. The strung envelope has a strange vibe. One of the most unusual items she has come across. Just an ordinary photograph that flies out of the envelope that it was in once it is open. She decides to preform a micro aggression right after judging him for doing that. He calls another woman pretty in front of her. Rude. It’s really no wonder he hates this guy. He has a suitcase full of Valentines and he’s stealing his friends stuff on top of that, just such odd behavior. It’s giving bully again. Don’t eat his stuff, please is he gonna eat it. Of course he does. I would prefer to like this character, he’s kool sometimes, but he is just consistently a bad person. It’s the pits. Beer in the bath. The ordinary photo in the butterfly butterfly frame. The frame is melting in. The photo is activated.. it can’t be contained and its power is underestimated. Burning a spirits photograph wouldn’t do a bit of good. It turns around in the melting frame. An ordinary picture that moves, it becomes a video. It can’t be contained. A traumatic moment caught on film in a single frame. A picture always reflects the past. At times a picture reflects things you don’t want to see. A killers regret. The photo is turned into smoke. She was happy about her deed. A stolen man. She takes away her lunch to be photographed. If she has ever photographed, her secret will be exposed to the world. She said she would do anything. A murderer should forever carry the burden of what they did. With cameras everywhere, just how long do you think you could stay hidden? The only way to do it would be to never see anyone ever again. There is more than one way to end a life. 4 |
