| Such an excellent chapter. Griffith's philosophizing was thought-provoking and mesmerizing, the page highlighting Guts standing well below Griffith down the flight of steps was deep and meaningful, and Griffith's sinister smile on the penultimate page gave me chills. |

| every man, within his lifetime, should at least hope for a life he can sacrifice to the god of dreams. quote griffith. Nice one. Simulatenously he just discards guts philosophy of life. Furthermore he clarifies that he only sees someone equal to him as his friend. With this he seperates himself from guts and simulatenously he also kind of sees him his equal. A rather complicated relationship. However that evil smile said more than enough towards the end. |
