| Just want to get my MD and register for the Japan Exchange and Teaching programme in a couple of years. Then I'll improvise from there. Probably make some cash, and move to Australia, start writing full time, that sort of thing. Nihon will probably be too crazy for me, so I doubt I'll stay there long. |

I can't get into specifics due to paranoia, but I've wasted roughly 7300 arcs of paper within the last 6 months and not even god knows how much in the past year, stored texts in gigs worth of space, and acquired chronic insomnia in the process. | Well, education won't be taking much time because I'm getting an associate's degree. So in five years I'd like to be working in a courthouse or law firm after I get my degree. I'd definitely like to move in with my girlfriend, I doubt any children will be happening in five years though. My only real goal for the next five years is to be able to financially support myself and be happy, though. Everything else comes secondary. |

| Well, a bit too much trolling in this thread but I'll try to answer like asked. Won't differentiate between professional and personal though since most of my goals apply to both, I'll just put them in order of desired completion. :) - Pass my Japanese N4 exam on December 2. - Either get a job as a pro translator at some book publishing company or finally start a boardgame pubishing company with a friend of mine (well, technically it's already running but we've been unsuccessful in scoring any deals so far). - Finish my Japanese courses. - Pass N3 and maybe N2 exams as well. - Move abroad (not necessarily to Japan, I just want a change of scenery) - Find a girlfriend (ideally not Russian) or turn one of my female net friends into one (depending on where I'm gonna move) - Get married. - Have a daughter (well, a son's fine too but I want a daughter because it's easier for me to deal with women in general). And a bonus one: - Give a shot at Anison GP. :D |
