| I was first introduced into anime by my two cousins. One of them would send me mangas that they would buy while living in Japan while the other would send me some when they would order some online. Then, they introduced me to Sailor Moon and Prince of Tennis. That's what got me into anime. I still love those animes <3. |

| The earliest memory I have of anime was being at a Magic: The Gathering tournament around 1997ish, when someone brought Ninja Scroll in to watch after the tournament was done. I was kind of hooked after that, and have loved anime ever since. Oh, and Trigun. Lots of Trigun. |

| pokemon, sailor moon, digimon, dragon ball z, and inuyasha like before middle school. but then there was naruto and death note and fma in middle school, along with chobits and dnangel and .hack manga at barnes&noble. so middle school was when the whole concept of anime/manga was solidified for me. |

| Huge fan of DBZ and Pokemon when I was younger. I hated Naruto and its childish angst that tried way too hard to be mature so I didn't watch anymore anime after that. I got an anime preview disc with a game magazine that had the first episode of several English dubbed anime. I hated Highschool of the Dead and was extremely indifferent to Black Butler. After watching the first episode of K-On (Which I mostly did because of my interest in rock music), I was strangely eager to see where it went from there. So I bought all the DVDs almost immediately. The trailers on the DVDs led me to Lucky Star and my all time favourite Haruhi Suzumiya franchise. My friend led me to Death Note which, along with the Haruhi movie, led me to more serious anime. K-On Season 2 was my first English subbed show. The K-On Movie was my first torrent. While my opinion on the K-On English dub changed completely, my feelings for the franchise only grew with each iteration. What started off as a fun distraction from the mundane reality of everyday life where I suck at playing guitar turned into a deeper apreciation of the show. |

| A friend of mine told me the premise of Death Note, got curious, but i just saw it as another TV show, and this was when Youtube wasn't copyright crazy (You could find the entire DB series dubbed back then). I really got into it when i marathonned Yugioh and Yugioh GX, and since i played the card game, i can listen to it in the background and not miss much :P. Then i started Bleach, and thats when i got hooked. |

| Watched Death Note and Eureka Seven dubs late night on YTV (Bionix at that time). I didn't really know what was happening, but it definitely planted the seed. Then I started watching Bleach and Naruto on the same network. After that, it kind of just grew. It also helped that my brother, six years my senior, was watching the same things. |

| I got into anime without realizing it, since i was like 3/4yo (namely DBZ). I think that around that time i also watched Sailor Moon, a couple years later appeared Pokemon and Rurouni no Kenshin. Dragon Ball series and Pokemon are the ones that contributed the most for me to like anime. Obviously at that time i just called them Cartoons, only later on i realized what Anime was and started watching it being aware of that fact; I started with Naruto (but before that i kept watching Dragon Ball and DBZ quite a few times). What made me start Naruto were a couple of friends that liked the same things i did, mainly cartoons (unlike the rest of my classmates that said that it was for kids), making me curious about it. Since then i have been watching anime regularly... i can't precise it but probably since 5/4years ago. |

| I got into anime without even realizing it. One day I was playing Play Station (1) with my brother when my cousin calls my house. I pick up the phone and he tells me to put my television on and switch to channel 25 and I started watching Dragon Ball Z, it was the fight with Goku and Vegeta... and it was so amazing I called my brother over to watch with my but he didn't listen after a while he joined me because I use to run home to watch it. Dragon Ball Z got so big that even my uncle who was four years older than me would rent the episodes from Block Buster and that's how I was able to finish it all without commercial interruptions. And that's how it all started. |

| One hell of a necro. Anyways, this'll be fun. Ok so... My first animes were.. As everyone else's.... DBZ, Pokemon... etc...but I don't count that because I never even knew it was anime. When I first started getting into anime, it was when late night Toonami would show Inuyasha and all of those, this was before Adultswim was around. After Adultswim picked up the late night block and started showing shows like Inuyasha, YYH, Cowboy Bebop, and Trigun me and my sister would always watch those together. Around this time I was big into Halo 2 as well. As I was watching Halo 2 music videos, I came across the group that did HMV Hell, and on their page they had credited AMV Hell so I decided to take a look at it, and after doing that I was opened to a whole other side of the anime world that I had never seen before. I started watching series that I didn't even know existed up until that point. Ever since then anime has been a huge part of my hobbies, and I would never look back. |
| I always watched Naruto and DBZ when I was little, but I didn't know what anime even was- I just thought it was more cartoons- When I grew up I taught myself to *Hate Anime* because most of my friends said it was *GAAYYY* etc I'm sure you've all been through it but- Just recently I just finally realized I should do what I want and a good friend of mine got me into more series and i'm here now :D Loving Anime and Manga. |
