| I really liked this episode actually. It's really calming and relaxing after all the fight scenes. It's a nice change of pace. I liked all the newly introduced characters as well. Lol, I thought that Joseph was an old bald guy before when there was a zoomed out scene of him at the beginning. But he's hilarious. |

| I think that Priest is dodgy. But the lighter pace of the episode was nice. All this stuff about Stein going off the deep end is nice. Well not 'nice' per se, but very enjoyable to watch. |

| One thing I love about this series is that the slower transition episodes with less action are usually very funny and just as enjoyable (with the glaring exception of Excalibur). Nice change of pace to set up the next run of action episodes. |

| I hadn't expected new characters to be introduced until I saw last episode's preview. It was a nice addition, I guess. Marie is adorable, though, and the scene with her and Stein on the bench was kinda cute. Justin almost has the Kannon-tan level of cuteness going for him, too (God I am so broken...). I haven't read the manga, so I can't say for sure, but the show really looks like it was animated with a high level of detail to the style of the manga. I noticed it especially this episode, just the way all the shots were framed and the art style. I have to say I've been really impressed by BONES, considering they're doing this and X'amd and Twenty Faces. And blushing Maka was cute, too. |

| Everybody was so mean to Maka.. or not. It's good they forced her to hang out with her father, he's a nice guy, despite being a complete idiot. Who else is looking forward to seeing Spirit and Shinigami fight together? I almost had chills when Shinigami said Spirit was the only real Death Scythe. Good stuff. |

| So I see they're still using using blood for comic relief. And LMAO@ marrying the toilet scene. Well that was a nice uneventful episode. A little cooldown from all the action last episodes. And it was kind of to be expected. If from nothing else, by the preview. |
