I had expected Katou to die but...didn't expect her to jump in the way. Though it's still a mystery if Katou will bring her back though. But hey, they might have 200+ points already so he might revive both Kei and her. |

| wtf was that? Anzu takes the fall instead of Katou? HS gets *cough* steals *cough* the frag with his nanomachines? nonetheless, I enjoyed every page of 277. its Gantz at its best when it doesn't give 2 shits about a possible pairing. |

| Considering all the stuff that's happened to Nurari up to this point, I'm surprised everyone seems to think it's over. Not that I wouldn't be happy if it was, but on the same token I think an explanation would be in order for why Nurari suddenly gets killed from a sword strike when he has resurrected himself from bits and pieces numerous times already. |

| Poor Anzu she should have tried to join Katou and fire with the H-gun instead of sacrificing herself. This remember me of how Sei Sakuraoka died at the Temple mission. As Avarice said if Katou was actually able to kill Nura and save the day this wouldn't be GANTZ. And Host Samurai came and stole the frag!!! 100 point on the first mission, a true badass. |

Assuming that it this arc is over and Nuri is done for good, I'm guessing that his death could be attributed that HS used a different weapon to slay Nuri. HS's sword isn't a typical sword, he conjures it using the nanomachines inside his body. so basically, Nanomachines > Nuri. |

Nurari is either completely immortal and needs erased down to the last cell, or possibly he has a small vital part of himself that can move around within the larger body. While it would be possible for a sword to kill him if it was the little weakness thing, I think one of the ESPers from the Gantz team would have noticed that weakness. Even if Host Samurai has these nifty nanomachines that can form a sword, he seems unable to regenerate his own finger, so I'm inclined to say Nurari's healing > HS and his nanomachines. No matter how I look at this, I would say it shouldn't be over with that one strike. |

Host Samurai's chopped finger seemed to have slipped my mind. though Nuri's regeneration rate is slower when he wasn't expecting the attack. just an observation. In hindsight though, after Nuri regenerated to his current form, he immediately went after Oka instead of disposing the Gantzers in front of him. I've always assumed that the core is within the larger body but Nuri pursuing Oka made me think otherwise. |

Seems like they'll have to go "firing squad" on him while he's regenerating. |

| Yeh she did, but there were 2 Kishimoto's since one was brought in by gantz and the original survived the suicide wrist cuts. anyways i think it's not over yet |

| Nice, the second love interest that jumps in front of a fatal attack meant for Katou. That guy is nothing but bad luck. It seems that the boss is finally down and the next chapter concludes the mission. Thank god. |

| Only when Anzu's sacrifice for Kato had fully shifted Nurari's attention did Vampire-kun move in for the kill. The only downside to this is if he ends up killing the thing, they might not be able to bring her nor Kurono back after this round. |

| Bit odd Anzu ran in to sacrifice herself given she has a three year old son who she lives with, presumably dooming him as well. She only just met Kato. |
| Ok, I actually liked her character development and she sacrificed herself, even tho it's hard cliche. Host Samurai came ultra clutch. Loved it. |
