| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well, this what I expect Hibiki become better in fighting but they doesn't said anything how long Tsubasa have been in coma, she just woke up fine. It must been over a month or so to gained such a power but I dunno. Hibiki gained a powerful weapon that react of her song, but she couldn't control over it. It was pretty good. Now I wonder if Hibki & Tsubasa will fight together for here on. |

| I had a Phoenix Wright Moment when Ryoko bought the suitcase containing the memory chip for that sword, it had blood on it from the violent ambush and it was shown in a way that she is suspected in the whole incident. She must have something to do with all these events. Hibiki also got the sword but went berserk again and couldn't control it. I feel sorry for the villain symphogear though she has to be with such a vile woman with an English boss who's is the brains of the operation. |

| In this episode people MUST KNOW that Hibiki's weapon and Kanade affect both of their users with Berserk. The reason for this is that Odin was enraging person too. Thus his weapon attributes get transferred to the user. This would explain why Hibiki had problems. Furthermore when it's in Berserk mode, it's harder to control. There is offence and a pile up that results in it to be stronger. In exchange for the boost you lose control of that power. About Durendal, it was rather a interesting sword despite being referenced many times in anime already. I find its first intro in the spoiler  It makes the user got berserk due to its sheer power kind of like Gungnir and why it does so. Absolute power balance of intelligence/strength. A rather terrifying thing of Odin. However he could master that power but does who cannot not can self destroy. The effects it makes in the following spoiler About the Blonde girl and fan service, both were interesting TBH. In the list
About Sakurai, she was quite cute here winking and being positive driving her car. From the looks of her car in the spoiler  And here too. Oh WTF is this? Sakurai now has a shield that kills Noise? Oh what? That is something amazing. I would never think she could have powers like that other than assuming she is the same blond as in the beginning. I offer my proofs in the list:

| All the stupid shit that happened up until Hibiki started fighting had made me decide 100% to drop the series. Now I don't know. Everything's still pretty stupid, but I enjoyed the fight at least. |

Not only did she sink with the fragments of Gungnir easily (and unintentionally) that Kanade worked so hard n shed blood to gain compatibility with, but she also now seems to be the only one so far whos compatible with this other old complete relic durandal which btw has immense power :D well to say the least I'm excited bout the next episode ^_^ |

IMO she had them steal it and then altered the mission data on it in order to get the Durandal moved to a different location (that way they could easily steal it) but of course Hibiki being compatible with it and activating it were a highly pleasant upset to those plans in her eyes =P Whew, took alot outta me there :D |

| Good episode,Hibiki fighting was cool good to see she already improve and now she got the legendary sword Durendal(if you people know the story) that it looks give her a big boost. The english was funny,so bad but if you have watch anime you already know that to find good english is almost impossible. Tsubasa decided life and many thanks to Kanade she,it looks like now she understand that there is more to live that being a weapon only....i am glad! Also i think Ryouko was the crazy masochist chick at the beginning,she is without a doubt behind all this attacks and i want to know what is her objective....maybe she wants to use Hibiki for something now she has Durendal?!?! | I had a fare number of issues with this episode. Mainly that horrible English voice acting. Though its to be expected. However when this show does things right, it does it well enough that I can look forward to next week. I have high hopes for more epic moments in the future. Edit: After thinking about it for a while, I think I figured it out! They used Scottish Asians for the English voice acting didnt they! Now the horrible mashed up gibberish makes sense! |

| I didn't think the comical training of kung fu had that much effects. I guess the fighting skill will be so helpful especially when they need to fight Nehushtan girl. I like the Hibiki (Aoi)'s singing that the tone sounds kind of childish and like aho-no-ko despite it isn't so good at. But it's like herself. And she sings as she's pleasant and vigorous. I guess it's sometimes more important than how you can sing well. |

| As preposterous as Hibiki's rise appears to be, it's not off-putting because I don't think this show takes itself that seriously. It just appears to be having a whole lot of fun, and I am, too. I'm a little worried though about the prospects of everyone around Hibiki. It appears that Ryouko is double-crossing/selling out the organization, and may be the one controlling "Chris" (who is quickly becoming a loser-villain).  |
