Miu left the club because she graduated from the school, baka..

I really enjoyed the episode, 10/10, I wasn't expecting a Pannaya episode to be last, but it was a really nice episode. Miu and SHingo were all lovey-dovey, and everyone seemed to be ok with it.<3 Airi and her mother were so nice to each other.

Really enjoyed the anime, exactly the kind of romantic anime I love. <3 Hoping for a second season. First gets 10/10.

Those last lines were so beautiful....& such a heartwarming but sad scene of panya meeting his mother but cute at the same time when they climbed on one another.

I don't like that Shingo choose Miu. I don't like how all characters(instead of Sana, Airi and Miu's mother) behave last 4 eps. But I can't deny that this series was made much better than 90% of romantic VN adaptations. So subjectively 7-8/10, objectively 8.5/10

After all, this is an predictable ending for the anime, but it gave us enough surprise during eps 10 and 11. A harem with fulfilling ending FTW

A very disappointing ending to a show with a lot of promise. Overall, the show was pretty entertaining but the choice of Miu really dragged it down for me.

7/10 and I'm being generous with my overall distaste for Miu...if it wasn't for the the rest of the show being as entertaining as it was it would be much lower.

Truly disappointed, they could do much better

Who is she? From PSP game? She sure has the bust size of Ange if not more.

Yep~ She's from the newest Mashiro Iro Symphony PSP game that was released earlier this year. She's Yutsuki Onomiya, who is voiced by Hiroko Taguchi (best known for her role as Miyako Miyamura in ef ~ a tale of memories/melodies). She and Sana have their own routes in the new PSP game. I doubt it'll get released, much less translated, but I'd love to see more of her and Sana both. </3
I certainly would love to see Yutsuki and her story. She has the hair style that is nice.

Are you shitting me for the voice? That is amazing! I love Miyako in Ef so I guess another reason to get a PSP huh?

OVAs please of Sana end and Airi one? They should. At least have one come out where we see naked all the girls Sounds easier to do.

Agreed! It got a +1 from me just for that ;)

I don't know. I was surprised at how I got wrapped up in it (or, rather, some of the of the characters, as it never really developed the background story like it could have). But, I was disappointed with this last episode - with the romance thread resolved I was really hoping they'd do much more with the school merger issue and how it impacted the gang, particularly since I wanted to see more Airi character development. Whatever, I mostly enjoyed it, so 7.5/10 if I could give it a fractional point score.

This had to be probably one of the worst episodes for me haha. First, Miu cries over Pannya like the whole god damn episode. And shes not my favourite route either!

Pretty weak ending.. Just them sitting in the courtyard with cherry blossoms flying around. With something along the lines with "Let's make memories together". zzz

Definitely agree that this last episode tried too hard with those dialogues...and that it was melodramatic over the whole Ponyu drama.

Still, this anime is still quite good for me. I enjoyed many characters, and the girls change of hearts were the best. I was rooting for Sana though...

Hmm...I would have Sakuno as most neutral choice haha. Then Sana> Airi > Miu > Miu's mom > Airi's mom > the classroom teacher > Angelina

Awww man so he still stays with Miu? I was still hoping, even though its the last episode, that he might change it to Airi.

I mean i dont hate Miu, in fact i like her a lot but it just feels wrong for him to choose her because of all the development the producers did with Airi. Downer man.

Very heartwarming end to one of the better VN adaptations I've seen. Many lovable characters and we even got a conclusive end. Miu may not have been my favorite, but it's not that I really dislike any of the characters in the first place. Pretty enjoyable overall, 8/10! =)

At cost of sounding like a pretentious hipster, I say that this is the worst anime ever made by manglobe. This anime has nothing that made me know and love that great little studio called manglobe. The manglobe I know is a studio that made unique works, depicting weird and never seen styles in anime, with deep and psychologicaly complex character, and also all of them have superb animation and an amazing soundtrack. But this... This is the antithesis of a manglobe anime. This is everything one will never see in a manglobe work, at least up until now (and that's ignoring Seiken no Blacksmith).
And I know exactly why they made something this different and subpar for their standards: otaku money. The only thing that elevated them from the greedy mass of otaku pandering studios, so attentive to every single stupid cliche generated by the fandom, now it's their new modus operandi.
This is not simply a terrible anime, it's the death of a studio. And I can do nothing but mourn and honour their memory at the funeral.

So I'm giving this show a 7/10 ... It was pretty different even though it had lots of cliches in it.
It was weird how Sena became a backdrop character after the whole beginning being focused on her and I was rooting for Sana after I realized Sena was out of the picture but I guess Miu is alright too. What gets me the most is I still can't accept pannya is a cat.

The ending was an okay way to end the show but nothing memorable for me overall.

I love how heartwarming and relaxing this anime is. The drama that they had was very well done as well. The art was beautiful and all the girls were well done. I also loved the music in this anime and the OP/ED was just perfect for this.

Aww watching them all say their farewells to Pannya-chan was so sad. Great episode on this I'd say and a good ending to this anime. Looks like Miu graduated and Sana has taken over the club, and the merger is a success. Looks like everything's just fine. And did they just get another Pannya thing at the end?!

Ugh still pains me to watch Shingo and Miu, not that I hate Miu or anything. Its just I was rooting for Airi the entire time. Only reason I dropped this from a 9 to a 8. Oh well still a very good anime and enjoyable to watch. Airi and Sana <3.

To all those complaining about the choice of route...I can't understand either.

Instead of the characters who, for example, drop kicked him on sight, verbally abused him, rejected his friendship out of hand or invaded his home, he in fact fell in love with the girl who supported him when he was struggling, talked with him normally and from the very start went out of her way to spend time with him.

Mysterious

8/10 for the whole thing
Bonus points for managing to finish 12 eps of a romantic anime without having to save the world/universe, no childhood trauma beyond asthma and a dead cat, most parents alive/still married/in the same country/not mentioned, and failing to send the heroin into a coma, all without swimming pools, onsen, 'I slipped and she fell'.
Also managing to have a good representation of an 'average' hero, not a genius or thick, not a pervert or eunuch, not an otaku or playboy, not violent or a wimp, no perverted middle school companion with a laptop of data on every girl, and managing to spend most of his time chasing one girl, even if only subconsciously.

Minus points as taking all the above into consideration, not much really happened...

>Enemy uses Sarcasm.
>It's not effective.

If you think a girl who looks like she has some screws loose on her head is a good option in comparison then I have to say I don't share your taste. People are mad mainly because the anime was building up for either an Airi or Sana end during about half the season before it did the 180 turn. Basically the protagonist teased both Sana and Airi with love possibilities then went "oh wait, this chick is cuter" and summarily dropped both of them like bags of shit.

Having rewatched the series from start to end, the protagonist never steps beyond friendship or wanting to get along with either Sana or Sena. Fair enough they have low immunity due to lack of male contact, but they worked themselves up and got let down. This was always going to happen with someone if an end was taken.
He needed to be aggresive with Sena to fix the atmosphere in the class. Then things like bathing with Sena was her move, not his. He sort of denied liking Miu to Sana early on, but it was his actions that led her to that question in the first place.
I would also like to say that Miu was more or less on the offensive from her introduction, it was her that initiated the group lunches, she invited him to the club etc. Also note that he matches name changes with everyone except Miu.
To steal your simile, the protagonist never picked the bags up in the first place, they picked themselves up(?).

As for the teasing plot, they had to do something to fill up the 12 eps. I would rather have had that than yet another onsen.
IMO it was the writer teasing the viewers instead of the protagonist teasing the girls, and only through isolated events or from the girls' perspective. Miu's events are there, they just have a bit more space between them and slower build up.

Miu may indeed have a few screws loose, but most of the characters did. Sena was bad with change, Sana hated men, Ange was a maid. Miu was similar to the protagonist in sacrificing herself far too easily. I thought the idea for this route was that should they sacrifice themselves for each other, neither would need to (or something like that)
Along the way, the protagonist helped Sana and Sena screw themselves back together a bit, and they mistook him for their personal prince on a white horse.

Then again, knowing the ending while watching probably makes most of these points invalid...

God DAMN. First anime that actually has the main male character explicitly declare his love for one of the girls. Sigh. I wish it wasn't Miu though. I don't really like girls like her. I like them more like Sana. GOD DAMNN! /shakes fist. Also, I felt that this episode did nothing to the story. Felt like filler but oh well... It's getting there. Making a conclusive end to the romance is a good first step.

Ok, watched all eps. I will give this show 10/10 for these reasons

- First girl lost.
- MC's male friend isn't prevert.
- MC chose his best girl before last ep. and that mean we got a little after story (I won't call lasr 2 ep. the fillers)
- Very faithful to original content.
- Nice animation.
- All characters are likeable
- CUTE Pannya

For VN adaption standard, this is a great show.

Man I promised myself I'd not cry at the end of this one, but I couldn't help it. I cried when Miu cried, and I cried when Pannya jumped back in her arms at the end and then politely she nudges him to go.

I really think this anime could have been stretched out further, covered a bit more, given us more closure and time with the final couple and rated higher, but I'm not sure it could have been a full season. It's been a soothing, tear jerker, of an emotional ride all at the same time. I'll miss you Mashiro Symphony.

What made this interesting I think was that the "route" the story took wasn't the "default" one (or the one that seemed like it), that anime adaptions from these kind of games seem to like to take. So that, was a refresher.
The story was bland, but that should be expected, as they had to cram in stuff into 13 episodes, so there was very little space for story development. So much so that they had to leave out a heroine too it seems (originally 6, now only 5)
All in all, it was enjoyable enough to watch.
