| I find it sad, that this, the best chapter we have had in a while, wasn't Naruto central. This seems to be the case in many modern shounen's - the minors are far more interesting than the mains IMO. Kishi' could write out Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura and I think the series could improve, and I'm not trying to be cruel. Hopefully we'll see a bit of progression with this new 'man in the mask' facing off against Kakashi and Guy - the change of scenery was needed and hopefully, Naruto can make himself usefull elsewhere and uncover something else. Why did 'Tobi'(?) seem to know a bit about Guy and Kakashi I wonder? (please resolve this^ soon!!!) It's unlikely, but I hope to learn a tad more about the previous demon tailed hosts and wonder if they'll get to interact with their peers. On a whole, best chapter we have had in a while IMO - hopefully, the pace increase and utilasation of the many character avaliable will see this series threw to improvement. |

But honestly, naruto needs to kick some ass. I'm a bit of an old timer, so maybe that's why I see things different... I think Naruto needs some humble pie, as he comes across as very patronising towards others and has done since the Pain invasion - even when performing 'good' actions, there's an element of controlling a situation that doesn't apply soley to him. It seems even Itachi and Tsunade picked up on this, by highlighing him needing to have faith in others - this 'child of prophercy' title doesn't permit the weight of the world to lie on the shoulders of a 16 year old. Furthermore; it's clear Naruto will be the 'be all and end all' hero - others could do with establishing themselves a bit more and proving that just because Naruto is the 'main', they don't need to be shelved. Malestel said: On the other hand I'm really enjoying these Sasuke-free chapters, and hope this arc lasts for a while more. I'm really dreading a last arc with Sasuke vs Naruto and lots of Sakura screentime... I hate them all... but it's inevitable I guess. | Its been to long since Kakashi has gone all out, so excited along with gai it should be interesting. Naruto is getting the short end of the stick though, and looking like a fool. With Kakashi's eye I feel some damage could be done and once Naruto decides to try and stop being a lil wimp things will turn. |

| -sigh- I don't understand why this has to be explained so often. Edo tensei resurrects a shinobi in the state they were in prior to death. This is why Nagato had the Rinnegan; every power you had before you died is brought back with edo tensei. These jinchuriki's were brought back with edo tensei, and since they died with their tailed beast powers, their tailed beast powers were brought back with them. |
